اعجاز العلمي حول اكل التمر وترا .

عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال : ( كان النبي لا يغدو يوم الفطر حتى يأكل تمرات ويأكلهن وتراً.. ) [رواه البخاري].

حث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على استحباب أكل التمر وتراً وتوارثنا هذه العادة
دون أن نعرف الحكمة منها ...!!

وكثيراً مايحذر الأطباء مرضى السكر ومرضى الكلى من الإكثار في أكل التمر
حيث انه يرفع نسبة السكر عند الأول والبوتاسيوم عند الثاني ..


والحقيقة العلمية التي تم اكتشافها !!

ان في اكل التمر وتراً فائدة عظيمة غابت عن الكل

اكتشفها طبيب امريكي بعد أن قرأ في كتاب الطب النبوي

وهي أنك إذا تناولت التمر وتراً(عدد فردي ) واحده أو ثلاث أو خمس أو سبع وهكذا

تحول إلى طاقة (كربوهيدرات ) في جسمك

على العكس لوتناولته شفعاً (عدد زوجي ) فإنه سيتحول إلى سكاكر وبوتاسيوم يؤثر

على الجسم ووظائف الكلى ..
