مرجعيّة المقاييس عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلّم !!!

السلام عليكم

في الكثير من الأحيان نصطدم بنصوص تشير إلى مقادير معيّنة أو محصورة في مجال معين وبما أن الإنسان بطبيعته يحب الأمور المضبوطة بمقدار ويستحسنها تراه تائها في المسائل التي تبدو غير كذلك (أي غير مضبوطة في ذهنه).

ولعل النظر في هذه النصوص يبين لنا الهدف من طرح هذا الموضوع .

النهي عن أكل الطعام الحار :
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه " أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان لا يأكل الحار ويقول إنه غير ذي بركة وأن الله لم يطعمنا ناراً " رواه البيهقي بإسناد صحيح .

وعن جابر رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال :" أبردوا بالطعام الحار فإن الحار غير ذي بركة " رواه البيهقي بإسناد صحيح.

وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه :" أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن أكل الطعام الحار حتى يمكث " أخرجه البيهقي في شعب الإيمان بإسناد جيد.

وعن خولة بنت قيس رضي الله عنها " أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دخل عليها فصنعت له حريرة (وفي رواية خريزة ) فلما قدمتها إليه فوضع يده فيها فوجد حرها فقبضها ثم قال يا خولة إنا لا نصبر على حر ولا نصبر على برد " .

السؤال الذي يجب أن يطرح ... ماهي مرجعية القياسات التي إتخذها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلّم لتحديد ما هو حار وما هو بارد ؟ أو بتعبير آخر ماهي حدود الحار وبالتالي حدود البارد ؟
