استدعاءات من الشرطة القضائية للمقتصدين المضربين بولاية تيبازة

بدات ثمار الاضراب تنعكس علينا نحن المقتصدين الملتزمين بالاضراب والرافضين لرضوخ
والثمار اينعت اليوم حيث تم استلام استدعاءات من الشرطة القضائية ليتم التحقيق مع المسيرين على الاغلب الامر يتعلق بالتسخيرات التى ارسلها والي ولاية تيبازة لمسيري الولاية يدعوهم فيها الى العودة للعمل والا سيتم مقاضاتنا ونحن لم نمتثل للتسخيرات بحجة الحماية القانونية المتمثلة في شرعية الاضراب من جهة ومن جهة اخرى الغاء قانون الطوارئ وزوال التدابير التي جاءت معه منها تسخير الوالي للموضفين , فالامر اقلق الزملاء الذين جائهم الاستدعاء ليمتثلو غدا الخميس امام الشرطة القضائية ومن بعدها وكيل الجمهورية

للاسف لازالت سياسة التخويف و التهديد تنتهجها وزاراتنا رغم ان عهد ها

قد مضى بلا رجعة فبدل ان يبحثو عن الحلول الايقاف الاضراب و بدل ان يفتحو

قنوات الحوار نجدهم يتخذون من التهديد لغة لهم

طالما انتم على حق فلا خوف عليكم فما عليكم سوى اثبات

شعارات الديمقراطية الكاذبة ..يوجد منا من يعاقب للممارسة حقوقه الشرعية التي يقرها الدستور ..
مللنا من سماع حق الاضراب..حق العمل النقابي ...حق وحق حق و الواقع يبين عكس ذلك

والثمار اينعت اليوم حيث تم استلام استدعاءات من الشرطة القض ها تسخير الوالي للموضفين , فالامر اقلق الزملاء الذين جائهم الاستدعاء ليمتثلو غدا الخميس امام الشرطة القضائية ومن بعدها وكيل الجمهورية
بفضل الله عز و جل أولا و بفضل الأمين الولائي لولاية تيبازة و بفضل التفاف الزملاء حول قضيتهم تم مؤحرا سحب الدعوى القضائية المرفوعة ضدنا من طرف والي ولاية تيبازة. و بهذه المناسبة السعيدة أتقدم نيابة عن زملائي في ولاية تيبازة و خصوصا الذين تم استناطقم واستماعهم من طرف الشرطة بالشكر الجزيل لكل الزملاء الأحرار عبر كامل التراب الوطني لمساندتهم لنا ووقفتهم معنا و نحن نكن لهم كل الحب و الإحترام و سوف يسجل لهم التاريخ ذلك الموقف الشهم. و سنبقى نناضل و نكافح بأقلامنا و أفكارنا ووقفاتنا و تضامننا مع بعضنا البعض حتى نستريد و نعيد للمقتصد مكانته و سمعته و الله هو الموفق و المعين .
