هل قال مبارك لابنيه وهم قيد الاقامة الجبرية في شرم الشيخ ماقاله الوزير " يحيى ابن خالد البَرْمَكي" الجواد المشهور ، الذي يُضرَب المثلُ به في سَعَة الجود والكرم لابنه جعفر و "كان الخليفة العباسي الَمْهدي ، قد ضَمَّ ابنَه هارونَ الرشيد ، إلى يحيى بن خالد البَرْمَكي، وجعَلَه في حِجره ، فربَّاه يحيى ، وأرضعَتْه أمرأتُه مع ابنه الفضل ، وصار الرشيدُ ابنَ يحيى من الرضاعة ، فلما استُخلِفَ الرشيد ، عَرَف ليحيى حقَّه ، وولاه الوزارة ، وكان يُعظِّمه ، و إذا ذكره قالَ : أبي ، وجعَلَ إصدارَ الأمور و إيرادَها إليه ، إلى أن نَكَب هارونُ الرشيدُ البرامكة ، فَغَضِبَ على يحيى بن خالد البرمكي ، وخلَّده في الحَبْس : إلى أن مات فيه سنة 190 وقَتَل ابنَهُ جعفراً ! وقال جعفر لأبيه يحيى بن خالد ، وهُمْ في القيود والحَبْس : يا أبتِ بعدَ الأمر والنهي و الأموالِ العظيمة ، أصارَنا الَّدهرُ إلى القُيُودِ ولُبس الصُّوف والحَبْس! فقال له أبوه يحيى : يا بُنيَّ لَعلَّها دعوةُ مظلوم ؟! سَرَتْ بليل غَفَلنا عنها! ولم يَغْفُل اللهُ عنها ، ثم أنشأ يقول :
رُبَّ قومٍ قد غَدَوْا في نَعْمةٍ*** زَمَناً والدهرُ رَيَّانٌ غَدَقْ
سَكَتَ الدهرُ زَمَاناً عنهمُ*** ثم أبكاهُمْ دَماً حِينَ نَطَقْ !
فأعتبروا يا أولي الألباب و أعتبروا يا أولي الأبصار

مع ان مبارك ونجليه الان .لم يصلهم من الاهانة ما اصاب يحي وولده
