الجزائر تقرر ترحيل صفية وعائشة القذافي إلى دولة عربية


توصلت الجزائر الى إبرام اتفاق مبدئي مع دولة عربية خليجية، تعهدت باستقبال أفراد من عائلة القذافي المتواجدين بالجزائر، غير أن الدولة العربية التي أعطت موافقة مبدئية استثنت أبناء القذافي الذكور من الاتفاق الذي توصلت السلطات الجزائرية لإبرامه بطلب من أفراد العائلة، خاصة ابنة القذافي عائشة.
حادثة المكالمة الهاتفية التي أجرتها نجلة القذافي عائشة مع قناة الرأي التي تبث من سوريا بتاريخ 28 سبتمبر الماضي، والتي شكلت موضوع إنذار صريح وجهته السلطات الجزائرية للعائلة، حيث شرعت الجزائر منذ ذلك اليوم، عبر قنواتها الدبلوماسية في سلسلة من المفاوضات، بحثا عن دولة تبدي الرغبة في استقبال عائلة القذافي، وذلك بعد الامتعاض الذي عبر عنه أفراد العائلة التي لم ترقها الإجراءات الوقائية والشروط التي فرضتها الجزائر على العائلة إذا أرادت تمديد عمر إقامتها بالجزائر.
الإمتعاض المعبر عنه من أفراد عائلة القذافي، كان بمثابة طلب ضمني من العائلة إلى السلطات الجزائرية مغادرة الجزائر، اعتقادا منها أن السلطات الجزائرية شددت الخناق وصادرت حرياتهم، ذلك لأن السلطات الجزائرية لم تكتف بتوجيه أوامر صريحة بضرورة التزام أفراد العائلة بعدم الاتصال بالعالم الخارجي أو مع مختلف القنوات الإعلامية بما فيها قناة الرأي التي تبث من سوريا والتي كانت موالية لنظام القذافي، بل عملت على تعطيل حقل شبكة الاتصالات بالاعتماد على أجهزة خاصة بذلك مما أدى الى عزل أفراد العائلة وعزل الإقامة المخصصة لهم من أي اتصال.
تعطيل شبكة الاتصال والمحظورات التي أملتها الجزائر على عائلة القذافي والتي تأكدت بصفة رسمية أمس الجمعة، حين تعذر على قناة الرأي، التي سبق لها وأن نقلت تصريحا لعائشة القذافي، نقل تصريح زوجته صفية فركاش عبر تسجيل صوتي، مثلما سبق لها وأن فعلت مع عائشة، واكتفت القناة التلفزيونية بنقل تصريح عنها تطالب فيه الأمم المتحدة بفتح تحقيق في مقتل زوجها وأبنائها الذين اعتبرتهم شهداء، على حد التصريح الذي نقله تلفزيون الرأي وهاجمت فيه رؤساء دول الخليج الذين أقاموا قواعد عسكرية أمريكية على أراضيهم.
السلطات الجزائرية اخذت امتعاض أفراد عائلة القذافي من الإجراءات التي فرضتها عليهم محمل الجد، وبناء على الرغبة التي أبانتها العائلة في مغادرة الجزائر رغم استقبالها لهم وتغاضيها عن الحرج الكبير الذي أثاره هذا الاستقبال حيال المجلس الانتقالي الليبي والمجتمع الدولي، شرعت الجزائر في البحث عن دولة تستقبل أفراد العائلة التي تنظر إلى أن إقامتها بالجزائر لم تعد مريحة في ظل القيود المفروضة عليها.
توصل الجزائر إلى إبرام اتفاق مبدئي مع دولة عربية خليجية، موقعها جغرافيا بعيد عن الجزائر إلى استقبال النساء والأطفال فقط من أفراد العائلة، فيما أبدت رفضا قاطعا في استقبال أبناء القذافي الذكور، ويتعلق الأمر بحنبعل ومحمد القذافي.
الاتفاق الذي توصلت لإبرامه الجزائر مع دولة خليجية ، كان يفترض أن يطبق قبل نهاية الشهر القادم، غير أن المتغيرات التي أفرزها مقتل القذافي، وزعم المجلس الإنتقالي عبر محمود جبريل الشروع في إجراءات قانونية لمطالبة الجزائر بتسليمهم، يفتح المجال للتساؤل حول مصير هذا الإتفاق، وإن كانت الأعراف والقوانين الدولية واضحة في الجانب المتعلق بتسليم أشخاص معرضة حياتهم للخطر ، خاصة وأن الثوار لجأوا الى تصفية القذافي وابنه المعتصم رغم إلقاء القبض عليهما أحياء.

اهم شي كانت الجزائر معبر امان لهم و هذا فخر لكل الجزائريين ببلد السلم و الامان لكل زائر او ناجح حرب الى بدلنا
