اتهام خالد نزار بارتكاب جرائم حرب

أخضعت السلطات القضائية بسويسرا وزير الدفاع الجزائري بين عامي 1990 و1993 الجنرال المتقاعد خالد نزار أمس الجمعة لاستجواب بشأن قضية تتعلق بالتعذيب رفعتها ضده منظمة "تريال" السويسرية. وطالبت النيابة السويسرية نزار بالبقاء تحت تصرف القضاء.

وحسب المدير القانوني في منظمة الكرامة بجنيف رشيد مسلي, فإن النيابة السويسرية استجوبت نزار عشر ساعات بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم حرب.

وأضاف مسلي في تصريحات أنه تم كذلك الاستماع لشاهدين سويسريين من منظمة حقوقية, مشيرا إلى أن النيابة طالبت نزار بالبقاء تحت تصرف القضاء السويسري, إذ إن التحقيق متواصل معه تحت نفس التهمة.

وكانت جريدة الوطن الجزائرية الناطقة باللغة الفرنسية قد ذكرت في موقعها الإلكتروني أن نزار خضع للاستجواب عقب وصوله إلى العاصمة جنيف من أجل العلاج.

وأوضحت أن القضية تتعلق بمسؤول سابق في الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاذ المنحلة شغل منصب نائب رئيس بلدية مفتاح بولاية البليدة غرب العاصمة الجزائر، وأكد أنه كان ضحية للتعذيب في بداية تسعينيات القرن الماضي ولاحق من خلالها المسؤولين العسكريين بالجزائر.
ونقل موقع "كل شيء عن الجزائر" عن مسؤول منظمة "تريال" المحامي فيليب غران أن النائب العام الاتحادي استمع لنزار من أجل توضيح موقفه من الاتهامات الموجهة إليه، قبل أن يقرر الإفراج عنه بعد توقيع تعهد بالحضور في حال استدعائه خلال المراحل اللاحقة للقضية.
يذكر أن خالد نزار (74 عاما) لعب دورا رئيسيا في وقف العملية الانتخابية بالجزائر في جانفي 1992 بعدما فازت الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاذ في الدورة الأولى منها.
