ما حكم الصلاة خلف إمام مبتدع ؟ كأن يكون على الطريقة التيجانية ؟

أولا : الشيخ محمد علي فركوس حفظه الله :

السـؤال:
عندنا إمام يأتي بأوراد تيجانية بعد صلاة العصر يوم الجمعة، ويأتي بصلاة الفاتح ظهر الجمعة أيضًا، وليس لنا في الحي الذي نسكن فيه مسجد آخر نذهب إليه، والإخوة السلفيون قِلَّة ليست لهم كلمة تسمع، فهل تجوز الصلاة خلف هذا الإمام ؟
الجـواب:
الحمدُ لله ربِّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على من أرسله اللهُ رحمةً للعالمين، وعلى آله وصحبه وإخوانه إلى يوم الدين، أمَّا بعد:
فتختلف صِحَّة الصلاة وبطلانها باختلاف حكم الإمام، فإن كان يعتقد الطريقة التيجانية اعتقادًا تصوفيًّا شِركيًّا كطوافه بالضريح والدعاء إليه والذبح له والقيام بالحضرات والمدائح الشركية وغيرها من الأمور المنكرة فلا شكَّ أنَّ الصلاة وراءه لا تصحُّ لأنَّ هذه الصفات تناقض التوحيد من كل وجه(١)، أمَّا إذا كان يذكر هذه الكلمات الشركية تقليدًا لا يدري معناها، ولم يلتزم الطريقة التي يلتزمها التيجانيُّون، ولا يحمل عقيدتهم، فالصلاة لنفسه تصحُّ وصلاة المأموم وراءه تصحُّ أيضًا، والواجب اتجاهه: تقديم النصيحة له بالالتزام بالتوحيد الخالص وترك أعمال الجاهلية، والاستقامة على الدِّين، فإن أبى وظلَّ متمسِّكًا بماهو عليه فلا يُصَلَّى خلفه، ويسعى إلى الصلاة في مسجدٍ إمامه سُنِّيٍّ تقام فيه الجماعة.
والعلمُ عند الله تعالى، وآخر دعوانا أنِ الحمد لله ربِّ العالمين، وصلى الله على نبيّنا محمّد وعلى آله وصحبه وإخوانه إلى يوم الدين، وسلّم تسليمًا.

ثانيا : اللجنة الدائمة للإفتاء

فتوى برقم 7 2089 7 وتاريخ 21 \ 9 \ 1398 هـ



الحمد لله وحده ، والصلاة والسلام على عبده ورسوله محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم وبعد :

فقد اطلعت اللجنة الدائمة للبحوث العلمية والإفتاء على الاستفتاء المقدم لسماحة الرئيس العام لإدارات البحوث العلمية والإفتاء ،




والذي جاء فيه :


'' لقد تضاربت أقوال الفقهاء في الصلاة خلف الأئمة المبتدعين ، وأصحاب الطرق خصوصا التابعين للطريقة التجانية ، وقد اطلعت على رسالة الشيخ عبد الرحمن بن يوسف الأفريقي رحمه الله مدير دار الحديث بالمدينة المنورة سابقا [ الأنوار الرحمانية في هداية الفرقة التجانية ] حيث اتضح أن عقائد أصحاب هذه الطريقة هداهم الله إلى سواء الصراط غير صحيحة ، وهم أقرب إلى الشرك والضلالة - والعياذ بالله - منهم إلى الإيمان والتصديق بكتاب الله ، واتباع سنة رسوله المصطفى المختار عليه صلاة الله وسلامه .

فهل تصح الصلاة خلف إمام مبتدع تابع للطريقة التجانية ؟

وإذا كان الجواب لا ، فهل للمسلم إقامة الصلاة في أهله وفي بيته إذا لم يجد في أي مسجد في المدينة التي يسكنها إماما غير مبتدع ؟ وهل تجوز إقامة الصلاة في جماعة خاصة في المسجد بعد انتهاء المبتدع صاحب الطريقة التجانية من صلاته ؟ وهذا سيؤدي إلى بلبلة في الأفكار وتفرقة (الجزء رقم : 6، الصفحة رقم: 39) بين صفوف المسلمين ؟





وأجابت اللجنة بما يلي :


الفرقة التجانية من أشد الفرق كفرا وضلالا وابتداعا في الدين لما لم يأذن به الله ، فلا تصح الصلاة خلف من هو على طريقتهم

وبإمكان المسلم أن يلتمس له إماما غير متبع لطريقة التجانية وغيرها من طرق المبتدعة ممن لا تتسم عباداتهم وأعمالهم بالمتابعة لمحمد بن عبد الله صلوات الله وسلامه عليه .

وإذا لم يجد إماما غير مبتدع فيقيم له جماعة في أي مسجد من مساجد المسلمين إذا أمن الفتنة والإضرار به من المبتدع ، فإن كان في بلد يتسلط فيها مبتدع فيقيم الجماعة في أهله أو بأي مكان يأمن على نفسه ، ومتى أمكنته الهجرة إلى بلد تقام فيها السنة وتحارب البدع وجب عليه ذلك .
