السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته



راودتني فكرة أحببت ان أشارككم فيها





هم فئــة معينة من المجتمع



يكتسحون مختلف الشوارع الجزائرية



على الأرصفة أمام المحلات, الأزقــة و الحافلات

قرب المساجد



حتى انهم يطرقون الأبواب



إنهم الشحاذون او المتسولون



يتسولون و يتوسلون لاستجداء قلوب و جيوب المـارة



نراهم بكل الفئات العمرية أطفال في مقتبل العمر.. و شباب.و شابات



نساء و كهول و شيوخ



حتى الرضــع لم يسلموا من الظاهرة



وأمام وضع اجتماعي متأزم وجدت الظاهرة

طريقها للانتشار



أوهي بالأحرى تحولت عند البعض إلى أسلوب

سهل للعيش ولا اعتبار لشيء اسمه الكرامة و عزة

النفس فما يحدث بين أزقة الجزائر العميقة، يتنافى

والمظهر المزيف الذي يحاول المسؤولين فرضه

على الواجهة.



هذه الظاهرة انعكست سلباً خاصة على الأحياء

الراقية مما ساهم في إعطاء صورة سيئة لهذه

الاحياء خاصة بالنسبة للجانب السياحي و

الحضاري

كل يوم يحتل متسول جديد ركن من الشارع اين

يجده المكان الأنسب للاسترزاق و لكل منهم

طريقته الخاصة و أسلوبه في إقناع الناس



وهناك من يحترف التسول من بينهم فتجده يستعمل

كل اساليب التعبير التي تستعطف القلوب و

مختلف الحركات و التصرفات و ارتداء الملابس

الرثة البالية لخداع الناس و إيهامهم بمستواهم الذي

لا يسمح لهم بإتخاذ العمل او مهنة شريفة كسبيل

للرزق

كما أن منهم من يعانون من عاهات تشفع لهم عند

المارة فيقتنعوا بمساعدتهم و لو بمبالغ زهيدة



المثير في الأمر ان منهم يصطنع عاهة على

حساب صحته وخاصة الجراح العميقة ولا يأبهون

بالأضرار التي قد يقدمون فداءها كل ما اكتسبوه

من الناس حتى يشفوا.



الظاهرة في تفاقم حتى أصبحت بمثابة مهنة

يمتهنونها و الكثير منهم يحترفها



ربما اذا كشفنا عن حقيقة بعضهم سنجدهم لا يمدون

للفقر بأي صلة بل تجد مستواهم الاجتماعي جيد



و الفقراء الحقيقيون نجدهم يحمدون الله و عندهم

قناعة ان هذا قضاء الله و الرزق من عنده و لا

تصل بهم الأمور الى ذل و إهانة أنفسهم في

الشوارع و التسول بين هؤلاء



ما سبب انتشار التسولحسب رأيكم؟



ما هو الحــل في رأيكم لانتشال المجتمع من هذا
التعفن الذي تشهده الأحياء و الشوارع ؟



و كيف تسعى الدولة ممثلة بمختلف سلطاتها في القضاء على هذه الظاهرة؟

طبعا هي ظاهرة سلبية وليس الفقر والحاجة سببها الرئيسي دائما...
فقد علمت عن طريق أحد الأصدقاء أنّ متسولة كانت تقصدة متجره لتصرّف ما تجمعه من الصدقات وتأتي له بمبلغ يكاد يُقارب ما يجمعه هو من مداخيل المتجر (...) بدون تعليق.

جزيل الشكر على الموضوع الرائع المطروح للنقاش والذي يعاتني منه العديد من المجتمعات وخصوصا المجتمع الجزائري الذي يعاني في الوقت الراهن الامرين فزادت هذه الظاهرة معانات ,, هذه الظاهرة سلبية يجب القضاء عليها بكل الطرق , وهنا ياتي اولا دور الاسرة حيث ان الاسرة هي اللبنة الاساسية المكونة للمجتمع فبصلاحها يصلح المجتمع وبفسادها يفسد المجتع , لذا أي محاولة للاصلاح يجب ان تبدأ بالاسرة , ثم الانتقال لما بقي من حالات شاذة لمكافحتها , والتحري عن جميع المتسولين وفرض عقوبات على المتلاعبين , اما من في حاجة فعلا للمساعدة فيمكن ان تتكفلهم جمعيات خيريه عبر جمع التبرعات لهم , وبهذا تحفض كرامتهم من الاهانة , وإغلاق الابواب امام المتلاعبين و حماية المواطن منهم.....

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم "يَحْسَبُهُمُ الْجَاهِلُ أَغْنِيَاءَ مِنَ التَّعَفُّفِ تَعْرِفُهُمْ


بِسِيمَاهُمْ لا يَسْأَلونَ النَّاسَ إِلْحَافاً" سورة البقرة 273

هكذا الله سبحانه وتعالى ينظر للفقير العفيف لكن هناك

للاسف من يتخذ الفقر وسيلة للتسول وطلب استعطاف الناس

التسول ظاهرة معروفة منذ القدم لكن بمقارنتها بما سبق فقد اختلفت صورها .

فبعد ان كانت تقتسر على طلب الطعام و طلب المال من الغير والاستنجاد


بهم واستعطافهم نجدها تطورت واصبح التسول (النصب) بالقرآن الكريم عن طريق الدجل والشعوذة .

أختاه . لا يمكننا تغطية الشمس بالغربال . الطلابين والمتسولين جزء لا يتجزأ من المجتمع الجزائري . قد يكون فيهم المحتال ومن يتخذها حرفة أو مهنة لكن الحذر كل الحذر أن نسوي بين هؤلاء وهؤلاء يوجد في بلادنا للأسف من لم يستطع التعفف ولم يقدر عليه لطول الأمد وقلة الحيلة ونفاذ الصبر .
قبل يومين كنت أحاول أن أكتب موضوعا عن هذه الشريحة أقصد الغلابا حقا لما مررت بموقف وانا جالس في مقهى . وإذ بشابة حسناء جميلة لا تبدوا على ملامحها علامات الفقر والبؤس دخلت المقهى ووضعت على كل طاولة ورقة مكتوب عليها (زوجي مريض وأنا أم لطفلين أعيلهما فساعدوني أرجوكم ) لقد كان وقع الكلمات علي شديد جدا والله إنه لموقف مؤثر أم لطفلين تستحي أن تمد يدها مع فاقتها فتسولت باستحياء .
أختاه الكريمة فلتذهب الأحياء الراقية الى الجحيم فالأولى أن نشفق على الفقراء والمحتاجين لا على الفيلات وواجهات الشوارع . من أن تشوه صورتها أمام السياح
واي سياح ؟
أعذريني أختي . فحين أتذكر ذلك الموقف تهرب مني الكلمات .

أكيد .... فالكثير منهم يفعلون نفس الشيء اصبح التسول اليوم طريقهم الى جمع الثروة

اكيد ....لا احد ينكر دور الاسرة في تربية ابنائها و لكن احيانا إذا كان كبير الاسرة متعود على التسول و الشحذ في الشوارع فما بالك بأفراد اسرته ابنائه و زوجته...اكيد تجدهم جميعاً متسولون و نلاحظ الكثير من هذه الحالات في الشوارع
حتى الدولة رغم ما سنته من قوانين و رتبت عقوبات على هذه الظاهرة الا انها بدون جدوى فهم كل يوم في تزايد مستمر حتى اصبح التسول مفخرة لبعضهم

خاصة في المساجد حيث توجد بعض النساء من يرفعن اصواتهن داخل المسجد بطريقة مزعجة
وكذلك ظاهرة جلب الاطفال الصغار معهم واحيانا الرضع كذلك وهذا من اجل استعطاف الناس
في الحقيقة انا اعمل بما قال الله عز وجل في ان الفقير الحقيقي يستعفف عن مد يده حتى يحسبه الجاهل غنيا
وهذا صحيح نعرف بعض الناس من هم فقراء لدرجة لا تتصور لكنهم لا يسؤلون الناس ابدا

هناك من يستاجرهم خصيصاً من اجل طلب الرحمة و استضعاف القلوب
المتسولون حرموا الفقراء و المحتاجين حقهم في التسول
