تسليم أبناء القذافي ...أرجو التوضيح

أعلنت الجزائر أنها ستعيد النظر في تسليم أبناء القذافي ، وقد دعا ذلك إلى التساؤل

- هل قررت الجزائر عدم تسليمهم بعدما عاينت وحشية اغتيال القذافي مما أوحى بعدم توفر الظروف المناسبة لمحاكمتهم محاكمة عادلة ، وقد يعرض تسليمهم حياتهم للخطر ؟

- هل تسلم الجزائر أبناء القذافي بعد إحكام المجلس الانتقالي السيطرة على ليبيا ، والزيارات المتلاحقة للخارجيتين الأمريكية والبريطانية للاستشارة والضغط كما يقال ؟

سؤال آخر : أين زعيق بوقطاية ؟

عليهم الذهاب الى روسيا او الصين او اي دولة يعمل لها الناتو الف حساب

قبل مطالبتهم بهم ...

فنحن لا قبل لنا بالناتو يا اخي ...هؤلاء دمروا بلد و اداروا العمليات على بعد مئات الاميال جوا فقط...

و لم يمت لهم و لا جندي ....

اما القول الذي ياتي ن الطرف الجزائري هو انه نظرا لعدم تعامل الثوار بطريقة انسانية مع الاسير ( القدافي ) فلن تلتزم بتسليم عائلة القذافي للانتقالي .. بل ستعمل على تسليمهم لمحكمة الجنايات الدولية ان ثبت في حقهم ارتكاب جرائم حرب

اي دولة مكان الجزائر لن تسلمهم ، حتى فرنسا بذاتها

و حتى الانتقالي الحالي او السلطات الجديدة سيكون من الصعب عليهم استقبال

العائلة فهذا سيحرجهم امام العالم ان حدث اي مجزرة جديدة

لكن اللعب على اعصاب الجزائر مسؤوليها و شعبها بان يحرك مثلا ساركوزي

الانتقالي للمطالبة بالعائلة للمزحة و التسلي cupidarrow حتى يحرج الجزائر ليرى ردة

فعلتها و تلعثمات مدلسي ...

بعدما اصبحت وحدها وحيدة بالمنطقة ... و لربما شيئ من الابتزاز لتخفيف

الضغط على الجزائر في منطقة خاضعة لهم من الشرق الى الغرب .

غير اني اعتقد الجزائر برفضها تحويل اقامة ذوي القذافي الى اي جهة كانت سيكسب المظام من خلاله شعبية واسعة نظرا للتعاطف الكبير الذي شهده الراي العام الجزائري
بينما ضغوط الغرب لن تكبر لانها لا تملك سند قانوني دولي باعتبار ان اهل القذافي الموجودين بالجزائر لم يطلبهم القانون الدولي
غير ان الغرب سيبحث عن اي فزاعة يعلق عليها مشروع التدخل في الجزائر وما اعجبني في الجزائريين انه وحتى غالبية المطالبين بتغيير النظام يرفضون التدخل الاجنبي وهذه نقطة مهمة
الجزائر ستشهد ضغطا كبيرا في المرحلة القادمة وانصح الجزائريين بعدم الانسياق وراء ما يصنع في الخارج ومن اياد صليبين غربية

لا يوجد أي تصريح رسمي بمصير العائلة, فلماذا نكسر رؤوسنا..........

قبل أن يتحول الموضوع إلى قضية مصيرية ينفخ فيها الإعلام و كأنها حرب البقاء يجيش في الشعب الجزائري و كأنه أمام عدو مفترس و مهدد و ..... إلخ
عائلة القذافي موجودون على أنهم لاجئين، و لا يوجد في العالم قانون أو شبه قانون يلزم الجزائر تسليم لاجئين. الحالة الوحيدة هو المتابعة القضائية بتهمة المجازر و جرائم الحرب عبر الأمم المتحدة و محكمة العدل الدولية و هي الوحيدة المخول لها طلبهم بقوة القانون و المعاهدات الدولية. تتم محاكمتهم هناك في محكمة العدل الدولية ... و في هذه الحالة يمكنهم الطمع في محاكمة عادلة و تحترم حقوق الإنسان.

تساؤل هل هناك من يضعهم فوق القانون لا يحاسبون مطلقا ؟؟؟ إذا وجه إليهم إتهام، يردون عليه فإذا ثبتت التهمة فليحاسبوا أو يسامحهم الضحايا.

- أظن بعد الجريمة التي كشفت عن مستوى الوضع أخلاقيا وسياسيا في ليبيا فإن تسليم أبناء القذافي لن يلقى ترحيبا دوليا أو معنى أخلاقيا.

- أظن أن آل القذافي رفعوا الحرج عن الجزائر لأنهم أدركوا الضغوط التي مورست أو ستمارس عليها خاصة بعد توقيع شروط لجوئهم.

للذين لم يستوعبوا قوة الموقف الجزائري المستفيد من حساسية الشعب لكل تدخل أجنبي عليهم أن يدركوا أن الجزائر ليست ضعيفة أمام الضغوط الخارجية

تسليم عائلة القذافي بعد مقتله أصبح مستحيلا

أكد وزير الخارجية، مراد مدلسي، في تصريح خاص لـ “الفجر”، أمس الأول، أن تسليم عائلة القذافي المقيمة بالجزائر لظروف إنسانية غير وارد في الوقت الحالي بعد التطورات الجديدة في ليبيا، في إشارة منه إلى مقتل الرئيس الليبي الأسبق، أمعمر القذافي، الخميس الفارط.

أوضح مسؤول الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في نفس التصريح أن تسليم 7 أفراد من عائلة الرئيس الليبي السابق أمعمر القذافي للمجلس الانتقالي غير مدرج حاليا بعد التطورات الأخيرة في الملف الليبي، التي انتهت بمصرع العقيد القذافي رفقة نجله المعتصم بمسقط ٍرأسه بمدينة سرت الخميس الأخير. ويأتي هذا التصريح من الوزير مراد مدلسي كرد صريح من الدبلوماسية الجزائرية على تصريحات محمود جبريل، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي للمجلس الانتقالي الليبي الذي طلب من الجزائر ساعات بعد مقتل أمعمر القذافي تسليم 7 من أفراده منهم زوجته صفية وابنته عائشة رفقة نجليه حنبعل ومحمد، كما أدرج المجلس الانتقالي الليبي حسب ما أوردته مصادر دبلوماسية ليبية سابقة تسليم عائلة أمعمر القذافي ضمن أجندة زيارته الأولى المرتقبة للجزائر في الأيام القليلة المقبلة . وكان ملف تسليم عائلة القذافي المتواجدة بالجزائر للسلطات الليبية الجديدة حاضرا أيضا في زيارة وزير الخارجية البريطانية حيث دعا الجزائر الى تسليم عائلة القذافي للمجلس الانتقالي الليبي.

وكانت السلطات الجزائرية قد أوضحت في أول رد فعل لها بعد ارتفاع الأصوات الداعية لتسليم عائلة القذافي أن الأمر لن يكون سوى لجهات أممية كالمحكمة الجنائية الدولية وهو ما عبر عنه الوزير الأول أحمد أويحيى في افتتاح الدورة الخريفية للبرلمان وتبعه في ذلك وزير الخارجية مراد مدلسي خلال القمة الدولية لمكافحة الإرهاب بالساحل الإفريقي في سبتمبر الأخير.
