والفضائح بدأت تتكشف وثيقة رسمية:عبد الجليل وقع إعدام سجناء ليبيين سنة 2008

كشفت وثيقة رسمية صادرة عن مصطفى عبد الجليل وزير العدل في عهد نظام القذافي، عن تورّط هذا الأخير في إعدام 32 سجينا ليبيا، بعد أن مكثوا في السجن 13عاما، وجاء في الوثيقة وهي مراسلة رسمية صادرة عن وزير العدل في عهد القذافي أن هذا الأخير حكم على السجناء بالإعدام رميا بالرصاص في جوان 2008 .

وحسب المراسلة التي كانت موجهة إلى رئيس الحكومة أو ما كان يعرف بأمين اللجنة الشعبية العامة في نظام معمر القذافي، فإن الأحكام الصادرة شملت 187 سجين، تم اعتقالهم سنة 1995، حيث تمت معاقبة 32 سجينا بالإعدام رميا بالرصاص، فيما حكم بالمؤبد على 50 منهم بالحكم المؤبد، وحكم على15سجينا بأحكام متفاوتة تتراوح بين السجن لخمس عشرة سنة وخمس سنوات. وأشارت المراسلة بوضوح إلى أن تنفيذ هذه الأحكام سيتولاها أمن الدولة، وهو ما يشير إلى أن هذه الأحكام قد تم تنفيذها فعليا.
ويعد مصطفى عبد الجليل وهو الرجل الأول في النظام الحالي اللّيبي، من بين أهم رموز نظام القذافي، غير أنه اكتسب شرعية في أوساط الثوار باعتباره أول شخصية رسمية مهمة تعلن انشقاقها عن القذافي وانضمامها للثورة.

غير أن مناصبه العالية في عهد القذافي ووجوده على رأس وزارة العدل التي أصدرت آلاف الأحكام الجائرة ضد المعارضين اللّيبيين، قد تفتح عليه أبواب جهنم في الأيام المقبلة، خصوصا في التناقضات التي بدأت تظهر على الساحة الليبية بين قيادات الانتقالي الليبي والثوار في الميدان.
ومن بين أهم الملفات السوداء في ماضي مصطفى عبد الجليل ملف الممرضات البلغاريات، حيث لعب الرجل دورا مهما في الفبركة التي قام بها القذافي للتغطية على الوضعية الحرجة للمستشفيات الليبية، حيث كان عبد الجليل حينها رئيس محكمة الاستئناف التي أكدت حكم الإعدام الصادر في حق الممرضات، وقد تمت مكافأته على هذا الدور في القضية بترقيته إلى وزير للعدل.
ومن بين أهم الشخصيات التي لعبت دورا محوريا في محاكمة الممرضات البلغاريات موسى كوسة، وعبد الفتاح يونس، وإدريس لاغا، وكلها شخصيات انشقت عن نظام القذافي وانضمت للثوار.
