جماعات مسلحة تستولي على الأسلحة بسرت وتخزنها في أماكن سرية


اجتمع عدد من قادة كتائب الثوار والمجلس الوطني الانتقالي بعد نهاية معركة "سرت" التي أعدم فيها القائد الليبي العقيد معمر القذافي ونجله المعتصم وكذا وزير دفاعه أبو بكر يونس، أين توعدوا بالتصعيد والعمل على نقل المعركة إلى الجزائر بحجة دعمها لنظام معمر القذافي.


وحسب ما توصلت إليه "الشروق" من معلومات، فإن المجتمعين تداولوا قضية مساعدة "حركة ثورية" على حد تعبيرهم في الأراضي الجزائرية، كما طرحوا مساعدة جماعة مسلحة ضد النظام الجزائري بمدها بالأسلحة بمختلف أنواعها الخفيفة والثقيلة التي تحصل عليها مقاتلو المجلس الانتقالي من مخازن الكتائب الأمنية التابعة للعقيد معمر القذافي، إضافة إلى نقل الخبرات العسكرية التي اكتسبها الثوار خلال المعارك التي جرت وقائعها بينهم وبين أنصار القذافي، خاصة ما يعرف بحرب الشوارع والمدن التي أصبحوا خبراء فيها.
وبرر المسلحون الذين هددوا بنقل "المعركة" إلى الجزائر بموقف الحكومة الجزائرية من الثورة خلال اندلاعها حين التزمت الحياد، وساعدت بهذه الطريقة على إطالة فترة الحرب.
ولم يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد، بل إن الأمر تعدى ذلك إلى "تكفير" النظام الجزائري، و"تكفير" الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، وهو ما صدر صراحة عن شيخ ملتح تم تقديمه على أساس أنه عميد المشايخ في سرت، وهو مفتاح أحمد العكروت من "كتيبة أبي بكر الصديق"، هذا الأخير أطلق عبارات تكفيرية، وأعرب عن استعدادهم لدعم ثورة مسلحة في الجزائر.
وتعهد مقاتلو المجلس الانتقالي بمد الجماعات المسلحة في الجزائر بالمال والسلاح والمقاتلين، عبر الحدود البرية التي تجمع بين البلدين، إلا أنهم لم يحددوا الجهة التي يمدونها بالسلاح، وهل هي مجموعات إرهابية على غرار تنظيم "القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي".
وكان العديد من مقاتلي المجلس الانتقالي وثوار الكتائب بمختلف توجهاتها من سلفيين ومقاتلين عاديين، سعوا خلال نهاية كل معركة للبحث عن الأسلحة بنوعيها الثقيل والخفيف، لتخزينها فيما بعد في مخازن في الصحراء عن طريق ردمها، حيث لا تهتدي السلطات الجديدة إليها إذا أرادت جمعها بالقوة أو مغريات الأموال والمبالغ النقدية.

ويعرف الناس من المصلح ومن المفسد
عند أن يكون الناس كلهم على كلمة التوحيد مؤمنون بها بقلوبهم ، ويقولون بها بألسنتهم ، ويعملون بمقتضاها بجوارحهم ، ويعظمون سنة النبي ومنهج السلف الصالح
يكون بذلك العز والسناء والمجد والرفعة
وهم منصرون وإن قل عددهم ، منصرون بفضل الله ، لا يضرهم من خالفهم ولا من خذلهم من أبناء الجلدة والدين

لأن ما يجري سنة الله في خلق الله

والله _سبحانه وتعالى_ ما شرع القتال إلا لإعلاء كلمة الله فقط، وما عدا ذلك من أنواع القتال _بارك الله فيك_ فإنه ليس في سبيل الله، ولا يجوز لمسلم أن يشارك فيه.

أنا أكفر القذافي، لكن في ناس مغرورين يقاتلون معه _بارك الله فيك_ فالقاتل والمقتول في هذه الفتنة لغير إعلاء كلمة الله مصيرهم خطير.

إذا كانوا يقاتلون لإعلاء كلمة الله وأعلنوا كلمة الله، وتوحيد الله وسنة رسول الله فلا يجوز لأحد أن يتخلف أبداً _بارك الله فيك_.

وإذا كان قتالهم [لأمور] دنيوية، ومطالب ديمقراطية، وهذه الأشياء وأشياء أخرى فالمسلم يحفظ نفسه.

لا يجوز للمسلم أن يقاتل إلا لإعلاء كلمة الله _بارك الله فيك_

الامر غير واضح في هذه الفتاوي فالربيع فكأنه يريد ان يقول لايجوز لهم القتال الا اذا كانو افضل من علي كرم الله وجهه .
ونسأل الربيع متى كانت للصحابة فتنة وقتال ضد واحد يشبه القذافي في ذلك الزمان .اما ان كانو يقاتلون لاعلاء كلمة الله .......
