الأمم المتحدة تتهم ثوار ليبيا بارتكاب جرائم حرب وسيف الاسلام والسنوسي يبحثان تسليم نفسيهما للاهاي

نيويورك ـوكالات)- قالت الأمم المتحدة الأربعاء إن جرائم القتل التي ارتكبها المقاتلون المناهضون للقذافي والمقاتلون الموالون له خلال المعركة النهائية للسيطرة على مدينة سرت الليبية يمكن اعتبارها جرائم حرب، ورحبت في الوقت نفسه باعتزام الحكومة الانتقالية في ليبيا إجراء تحقيق في هذه الجرائم.

وقال إيان مارتن، رئيس بعثة الأمم المتحدة في ليبيا، لمجلس الأمن الدولي خلال جلسة مفتوحة في نيويورك إن جرائم القتل التي ارتكبتها قوات الثوار في سرت تمت بمخالفة أوامر المجلس الوطني الانتقالي.

وقال مارتن إن معمر القذافي وابنه معتصم تعرضا "لمعاملة سيئة وقتلا" بعد اعتقالهما في الأسبوع الماضي في ظروف تتطلب إجراء تحقيق.

وأضاف أن "الأدلة ترقى إلى القتل العمد للسجناء على يد نظام القذافي خلال فترة الصراع، بما في ذلك الأيام الأخيرة في طرابلس، فضلا عن بعض التجاوزات من قبل مقاتلي الثورة".

ولا يزال مكان سيف الإسلام نجل القذافي وعبد الله السنوسي رئيس جهاز الاستخبارات الليبي غير معروف، وقد وجهت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية اتهامات إلى كل منهما.
