السلام عليكم

أعلنت المحكمة العليا في العاصمة السعودية الرياض أن غداً الجمعة هو أول أيام شهر ذي الحجة، وبذلك يكون الأحد الموافق 6 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني أول أيام عيد الضحى المبارك.

وعقدت المحكمة جلسة مساء اليوم الخميس للتحري عن رؤية هلال شهر ذي الحجة.

وأكدت المحكمة ثبوت رؤية هلال شهر ذي الحجة مساء اليوم الخميس بشهادة عدد من الشهود العدول في عدد من المحافظات.

وبهذا يكون يوم غد الجمعة أول أيام شهر ذي الحجة، والوقوف بعرفة يوم السبت الموافق الخامس من شهر نوفمبر، وعيد الأضحى المبارك يوم الأحد السادس من شهر نوفمبر.

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رضي الله عنهما، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: ** مَا مِنْ عَمَلٍ أَزْكَى عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وََلا أَعْظَمَ أَجْرًا مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْمَلُهُ فِي عَشْرِ اْلأضْحَى، قِيلَ: وََلا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، قَالَ: وََلا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، إَِلا رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ فَلَمْ يَرْجِعْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِشَيْءٍ. قَالَ ( أي: راوي الحديث ): وَكَانَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ إِذَا دَخَلَ أَيَّامُ الْعَشْرِ اجْتَهَدَ اجْتِهَادًا شَدِيدًا حَتَّى مَا يَكَادُ يَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ }.
حسن / صحيح الترغيب والترهيب للألباني
وعن جابر رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : " أفضل أيام الدنيا أيام العشر يعني عشر ذي الحجة ". قيل : ولا مثلهن في سبيل الله ؟ . قال " ولا مثلهن في سبيل الله إلا من عفّر وجهه في التُراب "
صحيح / صحيح الترغيب والترهيب للألباني
وعن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما أنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " ما من أيام أعظم عند الله ، ولا أحب إليه العمل فيهن من هذه الأيام العشر فأكثروا فيهن من التكبير والتهليل والتحميد " رواه أحمد
وقد سُئل شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله عن عشر ذي الحجة والعشر الأواخر من رمضان، أيهما أفضل؟
فأجاب: أيام عشر ذي الحجة أفضل من أيام العشر من رمضان، والليالي العشر الأواخر من رمضان أفضل من ليالي عشر ذي الحجة.
ومن أفضل ما يُعمل في هذه العشر حج بيت الله الحرام والسعيد من وفقه الله لذلك
ومن الأعمال الصالحة كذلك في هذه العشر التقرب إلى الله تعالى بذبح الأضاحي واستسمانها واستحسانهاوبذل المال في سبيل الله تعالى .
وكذلك الإكثار من التحميد والتهليل والتكبير فيُسن التكبير والتحميد والتهليل والتسبيح أيام العشر . والجهر بذلك في المساجد والمنازل والطرقات وكل موضع يجوز فيه ذكر الله إظهاراً للعبادة ، وإعلاناً بتعظيم الله تعالى .
ويجهر به الرجال وتخفيه المرأة
ويُسن للمسلم أن يصوم تسع ذي الحجة . لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حث على العمل الصالح في أيام العشر ، والصيام من أفضل الأعمال . وقد اصطفاه الله تعالى لنفسه كما في الحديث القدسي : " قال الله : كل عمل بنـي آدم له إلا الصيام فإنه لي وأنا أجزي به .
نسأل الله تعالى أن يوفقنا لما يُحب ويرضى
