قرر رئيس وزراء اليابان وأعضاء الحكومة اليابانية، طواعية، اقتطاع ما بين 20 إلى 30 بالمائة من أجورهم للمساهمة في إعادة إعمار المناطق المتضررة من الزلزال المدمر الذي تسبب، فوق ذلك، في كارثة نووية رهيبة. هذا التصرف، يحيل الجزائريين إلى الكوارث التي عرفوها من قبل، وما أكثرها، وأهمها زلزال الأصنام 1980، وزلزال بومرداس 2003، وقبله طوفان باب الواد، وأخيرا فيضانات البيّض. فهل تبرع أي مسؤول في الدولة الجزائرية بفلس واحد من راتبه الشهري لفائدة الضحايا، أو لإعادة بناء ما خرّبته الكوارث؟ الجواب معروف ولا يحتاج إلى تعليق

حكومتنا وبعض المسيرين والمنفذين لقراراتها من إداريين ومسؤولين يجدون في مثل بعض الكوارث والحوادث وسيلة للربح السريع
قالك سرقة 1000 مليار من أموال دعم الحليب والتي هي بالاساس مخصصة لمساعدة المواطن البسيط

لقد ضلمتوهم ,,, إذا كان لاعضاء حكومة اليابان رواتب ويتبرعون بـ20 بالمئة ,, فاعضاء حكومتنا كرم الله وجهم ينفقون في الخفاء ومن دون ان تحصل كوارث ,, اعضاء حكومنتا والمسؤولين يتبرعون بـ اكثر من 60 بالمئة من رواتبهم لدعم المواطن البسيط ,, ولاكنهم لا يرجون من ذلك سوى ان تضاف لرصيد حساباتهم في سويسرا ,أحم , قصدي تضاف لرصيد حسناتهم في الاخرة,,
