دراسة تكشف حاجة الأطفال إلى النوم بجانب أمهاتهم حتى سن الثالثة

كشفت دراسة جديدة أن صحة قلوب الأطفال بحاجة لأن يناموا إلى جانب الأم حتى سن الثالثة على الأقل.

وأجريت الدراسة على 16 مولوداً ناموا إلى جانب الأمهات، ووحدهم في الأسرة، وتبين أن قلوبهم تتعرض للإجهاد أكثر ثلاث مرات عندما ينامون وحدهم، كما أن نوم الطفل وحيداً في السرير يجعله يعاني تقطعاً في النوم.

وبيَّن الباحثون في جامعة كيب تاون بجنوب إفريقيا أن نوم الطفل وحيداً في سريره يجعل ساعات نومه أقل ويُجهد قلبه أكثر، ممن ينامون في أحضان أمهاتهم.

وأفادوا أن نوم الأطفال وحيدين يجعل الرابط مع الأمهات أصعب، ويضر بنمو أدمغتهم، ما يؤدي إلى سلوك سيئ لهم خلال نموهم.

وقال الطبيب المسؤول عن الدراسة نيلز بيرجمان إنه ينبغي من أجل نمو أمثل وصحي للمواليد أن يناموا في أحضان أمهاتهم في الأسابيع الأولى من الحياة.

وأضاف أنه بعد ذلك ينبغي أن ينام المواليد إلى جانب الأمهات إلى عمر الثالثة أو حتى الرابعة، وفقاً لصحيفة "ديلي ميل" البريطانية.

وحذّرت دراسات سابقة من أن مشاركة الطفل السرير يمكن أن تزيد خطر الموت المفاجئ للرضع خلال النوم، ويتخوفون من أن تنقلب الأم على المولود وتميته خنقاً.

إلا أن بيرجمان قال: "عندما يختنق الطفل ويعاني الموت المفاجئ في المهد، فإن ذلك ليس بسبب وجود الأم إلى جانبه، بل بسبب أمور أخرى، مثل السجائر والكحول والوسادات الكبيرة والألعاب الخطرة والدخان السام".

بالنسبة لتقطع النوم في حالة نومهم لوحدهم فهذه قريبة جدا الى الواقع...
انا مثلا اذا نامت ابنتي بقربي تنهض مرة او مرتين على الاكثر...
اما اذا نامت في مهدها فهي تقوم اربع مرات على الاقل...
الاطفال و خاصة الرضع بحاجة الى الشعور بالامان و الطمانينة...
و اكيد ان ذلك لا يكون الا في احضان امهاتهم...
