القهوة تقي من أمراض شتى

تساءلت مجلة نيوزويك عمّا إذا كانت القهوة من شأنها إنقاذ الأفراد، وعن أثرها على جسم الإنسان، وأشارت إلى دراسات تفيد بأن للقهوة منافع شتى لجسم الإنسان يتمثل أبرزها في التقليل من نسبة الإصابة بالسرطان والسكري والاكتئاب.

وفي حين أضافت المجلة أن للقهوة فوائد شتى، وذلك لاحتوائها على مواد مضادة للأكسدة، وأنها تفيد النساء أكثر من الرجال، أوضحت أن بعض الدراسات كشفت عن أن تناول ثلاثة فناجين من القهوة في اليوم يقلل من نسبة الإصابة بالسرطان بنسبة 20% عند النساء و9% عند الرجال.

أما تناول من فنجان إلى خمسة فناجين من القهوة في اليوم فيقلل خطر التعرض للجلطة بمعدل 25%، وذلك وفق دراسة لعشر سنوات على حوالي خمسة وثلاثين ألف متطوع.

أما النساء اللواتي يتناولن أربعة فناجين من القهوة بشكل يومي فهن يتجنبن الإصابة بالاكتئاب بمعدل 20% أقل بالمقارنة مع من يتناولن فنجانا واحدا من القهوة بشكل أسبوعي، وذلك حسب دراسة جرت على حوالي ستين ألف امرأة.

والناس الذين يتناولون أكثر من ستة فناجين من القهوة في اليوم فهم أقل عرضة للإصابة بالسكري من النوع الثاني بمعدل 20% بالمقارنة مع من يتناولون فنجانين فقط بشكل يومي.

كما أن الناس الذين يشربون أربعة فناجين من القهوة في اليوم يكونون أقل عرضة للإصابة بتليف الكبد بمعدل 80%، بالمقارنة مع أولئك الذين لا يتناولون القهوة مطلقا.

وبينما أشارت نيوزويك إلى أن الرجال الذين يتناولون ستة فناجين من القهوة في اليوم يكونون أقل عرضة للإصابة بسرطان البروستاتا مقارنة بمن لا يتناولون القهوة، فإن دراسات حذرت من الإكثار من القهوة لدى النساء الحوامل.

صحيح ان للقهوة فوائد عدة لجسم الانسان ... لكن كما لها فوائد كثرة شرب القهوة بافراط مضر بالصحة وله عدة مضاعفات
مثل اضطرابات في النوم .. الصداع والشعور بالدوخة ... تسارع دقات القلب ... الافراط في التبول ... واهم شيء هو الشعور بالاحباط لحظة نقص كمية الكافيين في الجسم ...
