أوكامبو: أدلة دامغة ضد سيف الإسلام

قال المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية اليوم الأحد إن لديه "أدلة دامغة" على أن سيف الإسلام القذافي شارك في هجمات منظمة على المدنيين، واستعان بمرتزقة. وأضاف أنسيف الإسلام عبّر قبل عدة سنوات عن تأييده لجهود المحكمة في إلقاء القبض على الرئيس السوداني عمر حسن البشير بسبب مذابح جماعية مزعومة وجرائم أخرى في دارفور.

وقال مورينو أوكامبوفي بكين حيث كان يحضر مؤتمرا أكاديميا إن لديهم شاهدا شرح كيف أن سيف الإسلام كان يشترك في التخطيط للهجمات على المدنيين بما في ذلك استئجار مرتزقة من دول مختلفة ونقلهم، وأيضا الجوانب المالية المتعلقة بذلك. واستدرك المدعي العام بعد ذلك موضحا أنه كان يعني أن لديهم عددا من الشهود وليس واحدا فقط، وأن سيف الإسلام بالطبع ما زال بريئا "افتراضيا" وسيتعين التوجه إلى المحكمة ليتخذ القاضي قراره.



وقالت الجنائية الدولية أمس إن سيف الإسلام على اتصال بها عبر وسطاء بشأن احتمال استسلامه، لكن لديها معلومات أيضا على أن مرتزقة يحاولون نقله إلى بلد أفريقي صديق حيث يمكنه تجنب الاعتقال

وحذرت المحكمة سيف الإسلام (39 عاما) الذي من الواضح أنه يرغب بشدة في تجنب اعتقاله من قبل القوات التابعة للمجلس الوطني الانتقالي من أنها من الممكن أن تأمر باعتراض أي طائرة تقله بالجو إذا حاول الفرار من مخبئه في الصحراء للوصول إلى ملاذ آمن.


وذكر أوكامبو أنهم تلقوا عبر وسيط غير رسمي بعض الأسئلة من سيف الإسلام بشأن النظام القانوني وما الذي سيحدث له إذا مثل أمام القضاة؟ هل يُحتمل إعادته إلى ليبيا؟ ما الذي يحدث في حالة إدانته أو تبرئته؟

وتابع "لسنا في أي مفاوضات مع سيف القذافي. هو الذي يقرر ما إذا كان سيسلم نفسه أم سيظل مختبئا أم سيحاول الفرار إلى بلد آخر".

وأضاف أن الجنائية لن تجبر سيف الإسلام على العودة إلى ليبيا بشرط أن تكون هناك دول أخرى راغبة في استقباله إما بعد تبرئته من كل الاتهامات أو قضائه العقوبة.

وتحدث أيضا عن لقائه سيف الإسلام قبل عدة سنوات، وأنه بدا مؤيدا لعمل المحكمة بما في ذلك جهود اعتقال البشير ومحاكمته لدوره المزعوم في فظائع ارتكبت في منطقة دارفور.

وأشار أوكامبو إلى أنه وقبل الانتفاضة الشعبية في ليبيا كان سيف الإسلام يصور نفسه باعتباره مؤيدا مستنيرا للإصلاح بالداخل وفي أنحاء الوطن العربي.

وقال كذلك "التقيت بسيف مرة في برلين في عشاء للقضاة وذكر لي أنه سيؤيد أي جهود لتحقيق العدالة في دارفور، وفي واقع الأمر أدلى بخطب عامة أكثر من مرة يقترح فيها اعتقال الرئيس البشير وكان يتصل بي ليقول لي إنه قال كذلك".

وذكر المدعي العام الدولي أن تحول سيف الإسلام بهذه الطريقة لم يصدمه، وأردف قائلا "ما من شئ يفاجئني بعد كل هذه السنوات. ليس هناك شيء يفاجئني".
