جربت الدنيـــا ومازالني نجرب
يا الدنيـــا مالقيت فيك أمـــــــان

خليـتـيتني معـاك ديمـا نتعـــذب
مكسور الخاطر وعيوني ويدان

نبكي بدموع وامـراري نشـرب
وين نــدور يلاقــيــني ثعــــبان

هذي حيــاتي فيــها نتــغــــرب
غارق في بحور ماليها شطــآن

شبــابي راح وشــيــبي يـزرب
نتجرع المر في هذا الزمـــــان

كل شي فيك يهلــك ويشيّـــــب
صيفك خريف وربيعك أحـزان

ما لقيت صديق للــثقة نكــسب
لاأخ حنـيــن يفاجــي لمحـــان

قدامي حبيب وبعدي عقـــرب
قلبو مسموم بحلاوة اللســــان

كي يشوفني يفرح يتقــــــرب
هكذا بالصيد يفرح الضربـان

هــذي الدنيا فيــها نتعــجــب
أنا ليهم حبيب وهما عديـــان
