سهى عرفات تنفي تهم فساد بتونس

نفت سهى عرفات أرملة الزعيم الفلسطيني الراحل ياسر عرفات ،الاتهامات الموجهة إليها في قضية فساد في تونس، بعد إصدار القضاء التونسي مذكرة توقيف دولية بحقها اليوم الاثنين.
وقالت عرفات من مقر إقامتها في مالطا "أنفي كل التهم التي تناقلتها الصحافة وأنا مستعدة لمواجهة القضية وتقديم الوثائق التي أملكها"، مشيرة إلى أنها أوكلت محاميا تونسيا لتقديم هذه الوثائق.
كما نفت علمها بصدور أي مذكرة توقيف ضدها، مؤكدة أنها لم تبلغ من أي جهة دولية بالقرار.
وكان المتحدث باسم وزارة العدل التونسية صرح اليوم الاثنين أن المحكمة الابتدائية في تونس طلبت إصدار مذكرة توقيف دولية ضد سهى عرفات، دون إعطاء مزيد من التفاصيل.
وقالت وسائل إعلام إن عرفات ملاحقة في قضية فساد تتعلق بـ"المدرسة الدولية بقرطاج"، التي كانت أسستها في عام 2007 مع ليلى الطرابلسي زوجة الرئيس التونسي المخلوع زين العابدين بن علي.

غير أن سهى عرفات قالت إنه ليس لها علاقة بقضية المدرسة الدولية منذ 2007، مشيرة إلى أنها تمتلك كل الوثائق الرسمية التي بموجبها تنازلت عن حصصها وأسهمها في المدرسة لأسماء محجوب بنت أخت ليلى الطرابلسي.
وتابعت أن "الأموال التي ساهمت بها في رأسمال المدرسة الدولية هي قرض بـ300 ألف دينار تونسي من بنك الإسكان التونسي"، موضحة أنها سددت جزءا من القرض و"عندما تنازلت عن حصصي أعادت لي (الطرابلسي) فقط مبلغ 30 ألف دينار تونسي".
وأكدت سهى عرفات أن لا علاقة لها بأي قضية ترتبط بليلى الطرابلسي، مطالبة "بعدم ربط اسمها باسم" زوجة الرئيس التونسي المخلوع.
وتابعت أنها لم تكن تعرف أن المدرسة مغلقة، مشيرة إلى أن السفير الفرنسي آنذاك سيرج ديغاليه أبلغها أن هناك شكوى وصلت للرئيس الفرنسي نيكولا ساركوزي حول إغلاق المدرسة.
وكانت سهى الطويل التي تنتمي إلى عائلة برجوازية مسيحية فلسطينية تزوجت سرا بعرفات في 17 جويلية 1990، وذلك بعد أن عملت مستشارة له للشؤون الاقتصادية خلال فترة إقامة القيادة الفلسطينية في تونس (1982-1994). وأعلنا زواجهما في 1992 ورزقا بابنتهما الوحيدة زهوة عام 1995.
وبعد وفاة عرفات في 2004، حصلت أرملته على جواز سفر تونسي وكانت تشاهد باستمرار في تونس مع ليلى الطرابلسي زوجة بن علي التي سيطر أقاربها على معظم قطاعات الاقتصاد.
وتم سحب الجنسية التونسية من سهى عرفات وترحيلها في عام 2007 بعد خلاف مع ليلى الطرابلسي، وهي تقيم حاليا في مالطا.
