اقتتال بين الثوار في طرابلس

قالت صحيفة ديلي تلغراف إن مئات الثوار الليبيين اشتبكوا أمس الأثنين عند مستشفى في طرابلس في أكبر مواجهة بينهم منذ سقوط العقيد الليبي الراحلمعمر القذافي.
وأكدت الصحيفة أن هذا القتال يغذي مخاوف من غياب أي سلطة على آلاف المسلحين المتمركزين في طرابلس بينما تسعى الحكومة الانتقالية لتثبيت القانون والنظام.
وأوضحت الصحيفة أن اثنين قتلا وجرح سبعة آخرون عندما منع حراس من كتيبة طرابلس ثوارا من الزنتان جاؤوا لقتل أحد الجرحى في المستشفى.
وقالت الصحيفة إن بوابة المستشفى وقاعة الاستقبال امتلأتا بالرصاص واضطر الأطباء والممرضون للفرار، ومات عجوزان بسبب أزمة قلبية أثناء الاشتباك الذي استمر من الواحدة ليلا حتى الفجر واستخدم فيه الطرفان الرشاشات والمدافع المضادة للطائرات.
وقال شهود إن القتال بدأ عندما جاء ثوار وكانوا سكارى إلى المستشفى للإجهاز على جريح أصابوه في وقت سابق بعدما علموا أنه ما زال حيا وأنه يتلقى العلاج، وطلب منهم الأطباء المغادرة وتوتر الوضع عندما أخرج أحدهم سلاحه وبدأ القتال مع الحراس.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن محمد حمزة -وهو مقاتل من كتيبة طرابلس- إن مئات من ثوار الزنتان وصلوا بأسلحتهم إلى المستشفى و"طلبنا الدعم فجاء من مختلف أنحاء طرابلس"، وأضاف "لم نصدق أنهم سيطلقون علينا النار، وقلت لهم إنكم تهاجمون مستشفى، وبعد ساعات جاء شيخ من أحد المساجد وأقنعهم بوقف القتال وتسليم ثلاثة منهم كانوا بدؤوا القتال للمجلس العسكري لطرابلس".
وقالت الصحيفة إن هذا الاشتباك يزيد الضغوط على المجلس الانتقالي الهش لنزع سلاح الثوار الذين ما زالوا ينتشرون بكثافة في طرابلس، وهذا رغم توجيه الأمر لهم بتسليم أسلحتهم ومغادرتها قبل أسبوع.
وأوضحت الصحيفة أن ثوار الزنتان أبدوا شراسة في محاربة كتائب القذافي وساعدوا في اقتحام طرابلس لكنهم لم يغادروها واكتسبوا سمعة سيئة بالنهب ونشر الفوضى.
وكشفت الصحيفة أن الاشتباك جاء متزامنا مع إعلان حلف الناتو إنهاء مهامه العسكرية في ليبيا كما أنه اليوم الذي نشرت فيه منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش تقريرا قالت فيه إن كامل سكان بلدة تاورغاء البالغ الثلاثين ألفا يتعرضون للقتل والتهجير بسبب اتهامهم بموالاة القذافي.
وقالت الصحيفة إن سكان طرابلس يتخوفون من وقوع اشتباكات أخرى، وقال محمد حمزة إنه يتوقع ذلك، وأضاف "أعتقد بوقوعها مجددا، سيعودون للانتقام".
ونقلت الصحيفة عن بيتر كول -وهو خبير الشؤون الليبية في المجموعة الدولية للأزمات- قوله "الخلافات بين ثوار مختلف المدن لم تُحل بعد وتشكل خطرا على الأمن في ليبيا، وهذا يعني أن المجلس الانتقالي يحتاج لعمل مكثف مع المليشيا المختلفة لتوحيدها".
