وزير خارجية الجزائر يعلن عن التوصل لاتفاق مع السوريين حول مبادرة الجامعة

أعلن وزير الخارجية الجزائري مراد مدلسي اليوم الثلاثاء أنه تم التوصل لاتفاق مع السوريين خلال اجتماع مع اللجنة العربية المنعقد في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.

وقال مدلسي إنه "يأمل في أن يتأكد في القاهرة الاتفاق الذي تم التوصل إليه في الدوحة خلال اجتماع لجنة متابعة مبادرة السلام العربية مع السوريين" كما نقلت وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية.

تصريحات الوزير الجزائري جاءت على هامش احتفال بذكرى بدء الثورة على الاستعمار الفرنسي في الأول من نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني 1954.


تعديلات طفيفة وكان دبلوماسي رفيع المستوى في الجامعة العربية قال في وقت سابق إن سوريا ستعطي اليوم الثلاثاء رداً نهائياً إلى المسؤولين القطريين على المبادرة العربية الهادفة إلى وقف العنف وإيجاد حل سياسي للأزمة السورية.

وقال الدبلوماسي لوكالة "فرانس برس" في القاهرة إن وزير الخارجية السوري وليد المعلم "طلب الاثنين تعديلات على المبادرة العربية... وتمت الموافقة على بعض التعديلات الطفيفة".

وأضاف أن الوفد العربي طلب منه ردا نهائيا الثلاثاء على المبادرة العربية في مجملها" ليكون الموقف السوري واضحاً قبل اجتماع وزراء الخارجية العرب المقرر عقده الأربعاء في القاهرة.

من جانبه عبّر وزير خارجية الإمارات عن رغبته في معالجة الوضع السوري تحت مظلة عربية.

وكان الأمين العام للجامعة العربية نبيل العربي كشف أن الخطة العربية لسوريا تتضمن سحب الآليات العسكرية من المدن والأحياء السكنية ووقف العنف فورا وبدء حوار في القاهرة بين النظام السوري وكل مكونات المعارضة.

وقال العربي لـ"فرانس برس" إن الخطة التي قدمت للوفد السوري مساء الأحد في الدوحة تنص على "سحب الآليات العسكرية ووقف العنف فوراً حتى نعطي مصداقية ورسالة تطمين للشارع السوري".

وأضاف أن الخطة تنص أيضا على "بدء عمليات الحوار مع كل مكونات المعارضة في القاهرة".

14 قتيلاً


على الصعيد الميداني أفاد المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان، بمقتل شخص في بلدة الحولة بمحافظة حمص وسط سوريا بعد ظهر اليوم، متأثراً بجراح أصيب بها قبل أيام برصاص الأمن، فيما خرجت مظاهرة طلابية حاشدة في الحولة رغم التواجد الأمني والعسكري جرى تفريقها بإطلاق الرصاص الحي في الهواء.

وأضاف المرصد أن مواطناً آخر قضى في مدينة سراقب، إثر إطلاق رصاص من حاجز أمني جنوب المدينة ظهر اليوم.

وفي محافظة دير الزور ذكر المرصد السوري أن قوات الأمن أطلقت الرصاص الحي لتفريق مظاهرات حاشدة خرجت في حيي الموظفين والجبيلة بمدينة دير الزور، رداً على مسيرة تأييد للرئيس السوري خرجت اليوم في المدينة، كما عُثر صباح اليوم على جثمان شاب في بلدة القورية كانت الأجهزة الأمنية اعتقلته يوم أمس الاثنين.

وذكرت وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا) أن مسيرات حاشدة خرجت صباح اليوم في ساحة السبع بحرات في محافظة دير الزور، دعماً لما أسمته برنامج الإصلاح الشامل بقيادة الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد، ورفضاً للتدخلات الخارجية بشؤون سوريا الداخلية والتصدي للمؤامرة التي تتعرض لها البلاد.

اعتقال طلاب


وفي محافظة إدلب اقتحمت قوات أمنية وعسكرية صباح اليوم المدرسة الثانوية في بلدة كفرنبل، واعتقلت نحو 60 طالباً كانوا يتظاهرون في ساحة المدرسة.

وفي حي القدم بدمشق، اعتقلت قوات الأمن ما يقارب ١٠ طلاب بينهم تلاميذ من المرحلة الابتدائية من أمام مدارسهم، لمنع خروج مظاهرة طلابية بعد انصراف الطلاب، كما اعتقلت طالبين اثنين، في مدينة اللاذقية حسب ناشطين.

وفي محافظة درعا جنوب البلاد، نفذت الأجهزة الأمنية السورية حملة مداهمات واعتقالات اليوم الثلاثاء، في مدن وقرى محافظة درعا أسفرت عن اعتقال العشرات.

ففي بلدة نمر اعتقلت قوات الأمن السورية 13 ناشطاً خلال مداهمات للمنازل، كما اعتقلت أربعة نشطاء في بلدة جاسم، تزامناً مع اعتقال ثلاثة أشخاص في قرية السهودة، واعتقال 22 شخصاً آخرين في قرية الطيحة.
