عملية دولية فاشلة لإنقاذ القذافي

كشفت صحيفة بريطانية اليوم الثلاثاء،عن عملية دولية حاول مدبروها إنقاذ العقيد الليبي الراحل معمر القذافي من مدينة سرت المحاصرة، وشارك فيها مرتزقة لعبوا دوراً في محاولة الانقلاب الفاشلة في غينيا الاستوائية بقيادة الضابط السابق في القوات الخاصة البريطانية سايمونمان.
وقالت ذي إندبندنت إن كروز ستيل، الطيّار والشريك التجاري السابق لمارك تاتشر، نجل رئيسة الوزراء البريطانية السابقة مارغريت تاتشر، الذي لعب دوراً في المحاولة الانقلابية الفاشلة في غينيا الاستوائية، طُلب منه بعد مقتل القذافي أن ينقل جنود المرتزقة الذين تقطّعت بهم السبل بعد فشل مهمة إنقاذ الزعيم الليبي السابق، لكنه رفض.
وأضافت أن القوة الخاصة من جنوب أفريقيا اضطلعت بمهمة إنقاذ القذافي ونقله خارج ليبيا بواسطة قافلة، لاعتقادها بأن العملية تحظى بدعم القوى الغربية.

وذكرت أن تجنيد عناصر هذه القوة تم من قبل امرأة من أصول بريطانية، لا يمكن الكشف عن اسمها حالياً لأسباب قانونية، وهي تعيش في كينيا وتعمل ممثلة لشركة في لندن.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن عملية إنقاذ القذافي انتهت بأعمال عنف شرسة حين وقعت القافلة التي كانت تقله خارج مدينة سرت مسقط رأسه في كمين، وتعرضت لغارات شنتها مقاتلات فرنسية وهجمات برية من قوات المعارضة الليبية، أدت إلى اعتقاله ومقتل وجرح واعتقال بعض الجنود المرتزقة من جنوب أفريقيا.
وقالت إن بعض الذين شاركوا في العملية يعتقدون أن الهدف الخفي للذين استأجروهم لم يكن إنقاذ القذافي بل تسليمه إلى أعدائه، وكانت الخطة تقضي بنقل القذافي إلى النيجر.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مرتزق تم إطلاق سراحه اسمه داني أودندال، قوله إنه كان مع القذافي لحظة مهاجمة القافلة التي كانت تقله خارج مدينة سرت. وتم إرسال ثلاث مجموعات من مواطني جنوب أفريقيا بالطائرة إلى ليبيا عبر دبي والقاهرة لمساعدة أسرة القذافي على مغادرة البلاد، بموجب صفقة مع حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو).
وأشارت إلى أن أودندال كان يتنقل بجواز سفر يوناني وأُرسل إلى العاصمة المصرية القاهرة لتلقي العلاج فيها من الإصابات التي لحقت به بعد قصف قافلة القذافي، ثم نُقل بعد ذلك إلى دولة في أوروبا الغربية.
ونقلت عن ستيل قوله إنه رفض عرضا بنقل خمسين مقاتلا خارج ليبيا، وتعليقا على فشل مهمة المرتزقة في ليبيا، قال سيامون مان "نحن قلقون بشأن ما يعتقد أن الجرحى ومن تم اعتقالهم (في إطار هذه العملية) قد تعرضوا له".
وأضاف "أود شخصيا مساعدة هؤلاء بكل ما أستطيع قانونيا، لإخراجهم من هذه الورطة... إنهم أناس أعرفهم بالطبع ولا أريد أن أراهم يعانون، لكني أسارع إلى القول إنني -بطبيعة الحال- لم أشارك بأي شكل من الأشكال في هذه العملية الليبية".
وفي إطار متصل، قالت ذي إندبندنت إن مجموعة أخرى من المرتزقة من الوحدة نفسها تردد أنها توفّر الحماية لسيف الإسلام نجل الزعيم الليبي السابق، بعد فراره إلى منطقة حدودية متاخمة للجزائر والنيجر ومالي.
