زار مقر الشروق "إلياس شاوش"، ذاك الشاب المبدع الذي ارتبط اسمه بالطاقات المتجددة، بعدما كشف للعديد من وسائل الإعلام الوطنية والعالمية، عن تصميمات فريدة لابتكارات لم يسبقه إليها أحد، يمكن في حال تفعيلها أن تحقق قيمة مضافة...


وتسمح للجزائر بتدشين مرحلة ما بعد النفط، وذلك كي يطلق صرخته من خلال الجريدة، لعلها تصل إلى آذان المسؤولين، الذين لم يكلفوا أنفسهم عناء تشجيعه ولو بمنصب عمل محترم، يجني من خلاله راتبا معتبرا، يكفيه لسد تكاليف براءات الاختراع، ويمكّنه من تجسيد بعض الأفكار على أرض الواقع.
ومن لا يعرف "إلياس شاوش" فهو شاب في مقتبل العمر، من ولاية بورج بوعريريج، حاصل على ثلاث شهادات بكالوريا، شعبة علوم الطبيعة والحياة، قضى سنوات من البحث في الطاقة الشمسية، طاقة الرياح والمياه، وتوصل إلى ابتكار قطار كهرومغناطيسي، مثل القطارات المعلقة الألمانية، كما أنجز أزيد من عشرين اختراعا في عدة ميادين، أهمها الفعالية الطاقوية والطاقات المتجددة، ورغم أن الظروف جميعها لم تكن مشجعة له لمواصلة البحث والاختراع، بدءا من عسر الحال، وقلة ذات اليد، وصولا إلى انسداد جميع المنافذ في وجهه، إلا أنه لم ييأس أبدا، وما انفك يبحث عن حلول مجدية لمشاكل تؤرق البشرية، وعن هذا يقول: "المبدع أو المخترع لا قيمة له في الجزائر، رغم أن ما يجود به ذو قيمة، فمثلا لما زرت العاصمة مرات عديدة، ولاحظت كثرة الزحام بالشوارع، خطرت على بالي فكرة مشروع واجهة الجزائر الجديدة، ولو يتم الاهتمام بالفكرة، فستختفي المعاناة للأبد، أيضا وجدت حلا سحريا لمعالجة ظاهرتي التصحر وزحف الرمال وغيرها كثير".
في السياق نفسه، أكد إلياس أنه طرق العديد من أبواب المسؤولين والمؤسسات، طالبا الدعم والمساعدة، كي يتسنى له تجسيد نماذج لاختراعاته وحمايتها، ومن ثمّ تحويلها إلى منتوج يسوّق ويخلق ثروة ومناصب شغل لا تعد ولا تحصى، لكنه لم يلق إلا الوعود، كما أن المعهد الوطني للملكية الصناعية، يمنح براءة الاختراع ويوفر حمايتها دون تقديم أي إعانة مادية، لأنه لا توجد أي مادة في القانون الجزائري تنص على ذلك.
طموح إلياس كبير جدا، ورغبته في خدمة الوطن منعته من التفكير في الهجرة، كما فعل غيره ممن لم تقدّر جهودهم ولم تثمن، لذلك فهو يأمل أن يلتفت إليه المسؤولون في أقرب فرصة كي يجود بزبدة أفكاره وتجاربه، التي يقول بأن فيها نقلة نوعية وخيرا للبلاد والعباد.

اما الاخ الفاضل المبدع الكريم .. كلنا عانينا ما يعانيه وامام مجتمع ايضا هادم للبنية الابداعية ..اقول
كان لى نفس الطموح والاحلام والمشارع حتى "سوبرباص" الذى صنعه الاماراتيين هو موجود فى بيتى مشروع قبل 5 سنوات وخلى مشاريع عملاقة مزدحمة تنطح بعضها بعض

لك اخى الحبيب اقول وهاته من مجرب وحتى لاتبتلى فى ذاتك وحتى تكن عقلانيا اكثر فاكثر

قبل الخياران اريد منك ان تفهم طبيعة البيئة والنسيج الاجتماعى الجزائرى او النسق الاجتماعى
بيئتنا طاردة للابداع ولا تتالف مع الجديد وبخاصة المحلى وايضا الدولة لم تصل بعد لهذا المستوى فعندما نقول ليس اتهام للدولة بل للثقافة فى المجتمع .. ما عندنا اشخاص حضان للفكرة واشخاص مساعدين ومطورين ومتابعين حتى تخرج للنور وتبلغ مبلغ ملائم فى الواقع .. ما عندنا هذا
وايضا من استراتيجيات الدولة انها تحارب هاته الافكار والابداعات ..الا ترى نشرة الاخبار لم تتغير 30 سنة ..فهى تخاف من الجديد .. وايضا معضم الابداعات فى نضرى قد تمس بمصالح اخرى .على سبيل المثال مناصب شغل او معنصر دعم معين وغيرها .. لاازيد

قلت امامك خياران ..ولا تتعب نفسك
- ان تفر بزليفك الى الخارج فهناك ملك الحبشة ينصر كل مضلوم وتثبت وجودك .. هذا خيار مر والمبدع الحقيقى يحب وطنه ولا يرضى ان يستفيد منه الاخر
-والخيار الثانى وهو الامر ..فى نفسية المبدع المبدع يعيش مع الافكار وله عالم خاص به يحمل همه ليلا نهارا لايفارقه لحضة والافكار تتوالد عنده صبحة وعشية وبهذا وفى حالة التضخم والركود قد يصاب المبدع باحباط فى نفسيته شديد الوقع وقد يجره هذا الى اضطرابات نفسية وفى ما بعد الى مشاكل فى صحة الانسان هو فى غنى عنها ..ولهذا من المعقول ان يجمد الانسان طموحاته المشروعة فى بيئة متخلفة لغاية حصول فرج من الله ويحاول ان يوضف هاته الطاقات الخلاقة فى مجالات اخرى -طبعا ليس فى التكسار او الارهاب- يحتاجها المجتمع وفى مصلحته هو قبل الاخرين

اعلم اخى انك فى بيئة مضطربة .. من الصعب ان تصنع طموحك او تترجم افكارك او حتى ان تجد من يفهمك او يقرى عقلك وانك تبصر لست "وذنى" تبصر مالا يبصره الاخرين وانك اختارك الله والوطن ان تكون من ضمن الصفوف الامامية سابق لزمانك ولاهلك الجاثة معهم والعقل طاير ليصنع مستقبلهم ووطنهم لم يجعلنا الله دواب حتى نترافس مع المفترسين بل صناع للحياة وللجزائر وان لم يفهموك ولم يدعموك اليوم ولن يفعلوا ذالك ..اعلم انهم سيندمون كثير ويحفض لك الله سعيك والتاريخ ايضا مواقفك المشرفة لامتك
