المحمودي يستنجد ببوتفليقة لمنع تسليمه

استنجد البغدادي المحمودي، آخر رئيس حكومة في نظام العقيد معمر القذافي المنهار، بالرئيس الجزائري عبد العزيز بوتفليقة من أجل التدخل لدى الحكومة التونسية لمنع تسليمه للسلطات الليبية الجديدة.
وقال منسق هيئة الدفاع عن المحمودي، المحامي المبروك كورشيد، إن رسالة الاستغاثة بعث بها المحمودي البغدادي من داخل سجن المرناقية في ضواحي تونس عن طريق أحد محاميه.
ونقل كورشيد عن المحمودي قوله بالرسالة "إنني باعتباري مدنيا كنت في خدمة الدولة الليبية، أدعو سيادتكم إلى التدخل لفائدتي لدى السلطات التونسية، لمنع تسليمي إلى المجلس الوطني الانتقالي في ليبيا خشية على مصيري ومصير عائلتي".
وأضاف كورشيد أن رسالة الاستغاثة سلمت إلى مكتب رعاية مصالح السفارة الجزائرية في تونس قبل أيام، مباشرة بعد الزيارة التي قام بها الوزير الأول التونسي باجي قايد السبسي إلى ليبيا، مشيرا إلى أن عائلة البغدادي موجودة حاليا في الجزائر.
وأضاف أن البغدادي وأسرته لا تزال تساورهم خشية كبيرة على حياته، ولذلك وجهوا نداء استغاثة لكل الضمائر الحية في تونس والخارج والمنظمة الحقوقية هيومن رايتس ووتش والعفو الدولية، مشيرا إلى أن الوضع الصحي للمحمودي متدهور.
وأشار كورشيد إلى وجود صفقة وضغوط تمارس على السلطات التونسية من أجل تسليم المحمودي إلى السلطة الجديدة في ليبيا.

نتمنى تدخل الجزائر على اساس تحول . قضيته الى محكمة العدل الدولية . التى هى مدعمة من طرف امريكا و فرنسا و بريطانيا .
على الاقل يحافظ على حياته . لان الشعب الليبى عاش فى فوضى طيلة 40 سنة
و هو فى مرحلة متقدمة من الوحشية . و الانتقام و ما الصور الموجودة فى اليوتوب لا دليل على غياب صوت العقل . و غياب تقافة العفو . التى يتميز بها المسلم .
و هى الثقافة التى يتعلمها كل مسلم اقتداء بالرسول الكريم محمد بن عبد الله القريشى الذى شرع قانون العفو بعد فتح مكـة المكرمة . على قومه . اذهبو وانتم الطلاقا
