السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاااته..






الامراض نوعين : نوع جسدي او عضلي والنوع الاخر نـفـسـي



وأقسى انواع الآلام النفسيه هـو عــذاب الـضـمـيـر


نقدر نقول بإختصار إن عذاب الضمير هو ألم نحمله في أنفسنا، وليس بمقدورنا أن نشتكي منه، لأننا بذلك نكون قد أفصحنا عمَّا اقترفناه !


نُخطئ أحياناً في حق شخص ما، أمام مرأى ومسمع الناس، وفي غفله عن أنفسنا ، حينما نحاول أن نجعل هذا الحق لنا لا علينا، تارةً بالمغالطات وتارةً بالأكاذيب، ونكون بارعين في لعب دور البراءة، وقتما نجعل الناس على قناعة بأننا لسنا مخطئين، ولكننا سنبقى دائماً تحت وقع عذاب الضمير، لأنه لا يُمكن لنا بأية حالٍ من الأحوال، تناسي تلك الحقيقة، وهي إننا قد أخطأنا، وفي ذلك عزاءٌ لكل من قد أخطأنا في حقه، في يوم من الأيام.


ليس بمقدورنا أن نشتكي منه لأيًّ كان، لأننا بذلك سنكون قد أفصحنا عمَّا اقترفناه في حق ذلك الشخص، وهذا ما نخشى وقوعه،

إلا ان تجاهله لا يعني ان الازمه انتهت ! فهذه هي بدايه الألم ..

سيلازمنا عذاب الضمير وتأنيب انفسنا مالم نبادر في حل المشكله ..


وأكثر ما يعصر القلب ويذيبه هو أن عذاب الضمير عذاب قهري لا يُمارسه أحدٌ علينا، بل هو ماجنته أيدينا !


فمن منا قادر على ان يبادر في إراحة قلبه من هذا العذاب ويواجهه بشجاعه ؟


اصدق اللحظات عندما نتوجع من ذلك العذاب، وما أروعها من ساعات ونحن نشعر بما أقدمنا عليه ونحاسب أنفسنا في لحظة صفاء مع النفس، ومن دون أن يُلزمنا أحدٌ بذلك،


لـعذاب الضمير اكثر من صوره :- قد يكون عندما نـظـلـم احد , أو نـنـدم عـلى فـعـل مـا , أو عندما نـخـون أقـرب الناس لنا !!

يـقـال


تحاور ثلاثة أصدقاء حول الاحساس الاكثر الما والاشد قسوة ع النفس
هل هو الندم أم الظلم أم الخيانة ؟



قال الاول : انه الندم

فقسوته ع النفس لاتوصف تتمني لوتعود بك الايام للوراء حتي لاتفعل ما
فعلت حتي لاتقول ماقلت وكم يأخذ منا أياما نحاول فيها معالجة انفسنا
من هذا الاحساس المؤلم


وقال الثاني : بل الظلم

إنه اشد إبلاما للنفس فالندم إحساس داخلي بينك وبين نفسك إذا تصالحت
معها ذهب عنك لكن الظلم إحساس بينك وبين غيرك تختار نفسك كيف تقنعه انه
ظلمك كيف ترفع الظلم عنك حتي تنسي نفسك هذا الاحساس المؤلم


وقال الثالث: إنها الخيانة

إنها الاقسي علي النفس فمعها تحس بالندم والظلم معا تندم ع ثقتك السابقة
فيمن خانك وتشعر بظلمه لك عندما خانك، إنه صرخة مكتومة
لاتجد طريقا للخروج من نفسك فأي عتاب لايرضيها وأي كلام لايكفيها

صدقت فذلك الصوت الداخلي الذي يجعلنا نستشعر ما قمنا به من اخطاء..هو نعمةمن الله
وهناك من غاب عنه فأصبح لا ينكر منكرا ...

في الحقيقة اعجز عن شرح ما اعانيه من عذاب هل هو حقا عذاب الضمير.. ام الم القلب..
لا يهم التفسير اكثر مما يهم مرارة العذاب..
تجدني احيانا اتقلب يمينا وشمالا من جراء الالم ..
كلنا خطاؤون وخير الخطائين التوابين اقترفنا ما لا يقل من ذنوب بسبب او دونه

اكيد اخي هو دواء لكل داء ، احيانا نظلم اشخاص هم ظلمونا بدورهم رغم حبهم لنا ولا نعرف ان تصرفهم كان دافعــه الحب ، و نعطي الاهمية غير المستحقة لأحقر الاشخاص رغم حقارتهم و كذبهم الدائم -اظنه مرض- لاني لازلت الاحظ تعدد الشخصيات و نفس الكذبة دائما ، و بعد خسارة الطرفين نرى الكفة المفقود عيارها و يبدأ عذاب الضمير على خسارة احسن الناس بسبب اسوءهم و اعذبهم على اقذرهم

اسفة اطلت الكلام ، اظنك تعاني من نفس وجعي و الشفاء منه بوسعنا ان اردنا و الحمدلله على كل الاحوال
