التّحدّث مع ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصّة

الكلام الذّي يخرجه الإنسان من فمه له أصول وقواعد. لا يوجد شئ يفعله الإنسان في هذه الحياة بدون أن يكون له خطوط عريضة يسير عليها لأنه لولا القواعد هذه لأصبحت حياة الإنسان فوضى وليست بالضّرورة أن تكون هذه القواعد صارمة لإنّ الإنسان بطبيعته متمّرد يثور على كلّ شئ يحبس حرّيّته أو تصرّفاته الّتى ينظر إليها من وجهة نظره على أنّها تصرفات سليمة. لكن في بعض الأحيان الأخرى ينبغى أن تكون ملزمة ولا نستطيع أن نوصفها بأنّها صارمة وخاصّة عند التّعامل مع "ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصّة" لأنّهم أشخاص عاديّين لا يمكننا وصفهم بأنّهم مرضى أو أن ننظر إليهم نظرة شفقة أو إحسان، لكنّى أنظر بهذه النّظرة إلى الأشخاص الّذين يجهلون التّعامل معهم.

- هذه خطوط إرشاديّة في فنّ التّعامل مع "ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصّة" فنّ الحديث معهم:

- عندما تتحدّث إليه ينبغي أن توجّه الحديث مباشرة بالنّظر إليه حتّى وإن كان يوجد شخص آخر يترجم حديثك هذا.

- لا ترتبك إذا استخدمت بعض التّعبيرات الشّائعة عند التّحدث إليه مثل "انظر" إذا كان من تتحدّث إليه فاقداًً لبصره، ولا تتجنّبها حتّى لا تشعره بأنّك تعامله معاملة خاصّة.

- عند تحيّة الشخص الفاقد لبصره كلّيّة، ينبغي أن تُعرّف بنفسك والأشخاص الّذين يوجدون معك. وإذا كان هناك حديث جماعى، لابدّ وأن تنبّهه باسم الّذي تتحدّث إليه. تحدّث بنغمة صوتك الطّبيعيّة. لابدّ الإشارة مقدّماً عندما تتحرّك من مكان لآخر أو عندما تنهي حديثك.

- عندما تتحدّث لشخص يجلس على كرسيّ متحرّك لمدّة طويلة، لابدّ وأن تجلس على مقعد أمامه إن أمكن ذلك لتكن أمام مستوى عينيه وهذا يسهّل من الحديث معه.

- لكى تجذب انتباه شخص لا يستطيع السّمع جيّداًً أو فاقداًً له، من الممكن أن تُربّت على كتفيه برفق أو تلوّح له بيدك، وعندما تتحدّث إليه انظر إلى عينيه مباشرة وعليك بتفسير مخارج الألفاظ وأن تتحدّث ببطء وبطبيعيّة، لا تتكلّف في حديثك حتى تمكّنه من قراءة الشفاه إذا كان ذلك بوسعه. وبالنّسبة للأشخاص الّذين يعتمدون على تعبيرات الوجه ولغة الإشارات ينبغى أن تُظهر اهتماماًً بموقع جسدك في أن يكون واضحاًً يواجة الإضاءة، و ألاّ تمسك بيدك أشياء ولا تُشغل فمك بأيّ شئ عند التّحدّث.
أن يكون الشارب منمقآ لا يكون الشعر به طويل حتّى يتمكّن من رؤية شفاهك و هي تتحرّك، لا تصرخ أو ترفع صوتك، وفي بعض الأحيان الكتابة تجدى.

- ينبغى أن تكون منصتاًً بانتباه عندما تتحدّث لشخص فاقد لسمعه لا تحاول التّصحيح له لكن كن مشّجعاً في إيماءاتك، وأن تكون صبوراًً على الإنصات بدلآ من أن تتحدّث. وإذا كانت هناك ضرورة لسؤال بعض الأسئلة ينبغى أن تكون قصيرة وإجاباتها بالمثل بحيث لا يستطيع الجميع فهمها أو الّتى تحتاج إلى الإجابة بالإيماءات أو هزّ الرّأس تعبيراًً عن الرّفض أو الموافقة. لا تحاول فهم شيئ لم تستطع الوصول إليه، بدلآ من ذلك حاول أن تعيد ما فهمته لأنّه من ردود فعل الشّخص يمكنك استكمال ما ينقصك.

- إذا وجدت صعوبة في التّحاور، حاول أن تكرّر السّؤال مرّة أخرى، واستخدام الأسئلة الأكثر شمولآ فهي بالحلّ الجيّد أفضل بكثير من استخدام الأسئلة الّتى تحتاج إلى ردّ مقتضب مثال لنوعيّة الأسئلة:-

- ما هى وظيفتك بالتّحديد في شركة ----- والّتي تعمل في مجال -----
سؤال مقتضب.
- أخبرنى عن مهنتك الحالية والشّركة الّتى تعمل بها؟
- سؤال مفتوح.

- لا ترفع صوتك أمام الشّخص الفاقد لبصره أو سمعه لأنّ حركة الشّفاه لا تُمكّن من قراءتها.

- ولجعل حديث الجماعة أكثر سهولة للشّخص الفاقد لسمعه أو بصره ينبغى إستخدام بعض الإشارات البصريّة أو السّمعيّة لتحديد هويّة من يتحدّث والإشارة إلى انتقال الحديث من شخص لآخر.
