شلقم يدعو الشعب الليبي إلى ''مقاومة قطر''

وجه وزير خارجية ليبيا السابق وسفيرها الحالي لدى الأمم المتحدة، عبد الرحمان شلقم، انتقادات لاذعة لدولة قطر، واتهمها بمحاولة السيطرة على ليبيا، ودعم طرف على حساب أطراف أخرى. كما أبدى معارضته الشديدة للتحالف الدولي في ليبيا الذي تقوده قطر بعد انتهاء مهمة الناتو.
انتقد شلقم كل أوجه التواجد القطري في ليبيا، والدور الذي تلعبه وعبر عن عدم فهمه للتحالف الذي تقوده قطر قائلا: ''أنا لا أفهمه، ولا أقبله وغير معروف حتى لليبيين. قطر تقود أمريكا وتقود فرنسا، من هي قطر، أليس جيشها من مرتزقة من نيبال ومن بنغلاديش وباكستان؟ ما هي قدرة قطر. أخاف أن تصاب قطر بما أصيب به معمر القذافي من جنون العظمة، فتتوهم أنها تقود المنطقة. أنا لا أقبل ذلك. عدد الشهداء الليبيين والجرحى يفوق عدد سكان قطر''.
وسخر شلقم من أن القطريين سيديرون تنمية ليبيا، حيث قال: ''إن الخبراء الذين يديرون النفط والبنوك في قطر هم ليبيون، وأن قطر لا تتميز عن ليبيا لكي تأتي وتقيم غرفة عمليات في ليبيا''. وعبر شلقم عن رفضه لذلك وقال: ''هذا مرفوض، قطر كلها لا تساوي حارة في ليبيا. والخبراء الليبيون هم الذين يقودون قطر ولسنا في حاجة لقطر في أي شيء، شكرا لهم، فليتركونا نقرر مصيرنا بأنفسنا. نحن لا نعتبرهم محايدين. نحن لا نريد قطر ولا أمريكا''.
وأكد شلقم أن قطر تريد الهيمنة على ليبيا وأن رئيس المجلس الانتقالي الليبي، والوفد الليبي الذي زار قطر مؤخرا، قبلوا ما أملي عليهم في الدوحة دون أن تكون لديهم خبرة في السياسية ومعرفة بخلفيات الأمور. وأضاف شلقم: ''إن وفد المجلس الانتقالي قبل بأمور فرضت عليهم من قطر يرفضها معظم الليبيين وأنهم، أي قطر وحلفاؤها، إذا استمروا في اتجاه الهيمنة على ليبيا فهم واهمون ولن يقبل الليبيون بذلك، بل ستتم مقاومتهم بكل الطرق''. وقال شلقم: ''لن تكون ليبيا إمارة تابعة لأمير المؤمنين في قطر''.
واتهم عبد الرحمن شلقم دولة قطر بعدم الوقوف على مسافة واحدة من كل الأطراف في ليبيا، وأعرب عن رفضه أن تتولى قطر قيادة التحالف الدولي للقوات في ليبيا، حيث وصف جيشها بأنه عبارة عن ''مرتزقة''.
ووصف شلقم عملية جمع السلاح في ليبيا بـ''الخدعة''، حيث أن المجموعة المكلفة بجمع السلاح بإشراف قطري ستقوم بجمع السلاح وتعطيه لآخرين. وقال شلقم إن ليبيا ليست في حاجة لأموال قطر وأن من قام بالدور المهم على الأرض هو القوات الفرنسية والأمريكية والبريطانية وليس القطرية.
