رافع وزير الصحة وإصلاح المستشفيات، جمال ولد عباس، أمس، على ''الخطة'' التي طبقها لمواجهة ''مافيا'' الدواء، التي سببت له حرجا كبيرا مع رئيس الجمهورية والوزير الأول أحمد أويحيى.
كشف وزير الصحة عن أولى نتائج التحقيق في تضخيم فاتورة الاستيراد إلى أزيد من دولار5, 2 مليار، مؤكدا بأن تضخيم الفواتير من طرف عدة شركات استيراد بلغ 94 مليون دولار أمريكي، أي ما يعادل 700 مليار سنتيم.
لم يخف الوزير جمال ولد عباس، أمس، في رده على سؤال لـ''الخبر''، اهتمام رئيس الجمهورية بملف الصحة وعذاب مرضى السرطان وندرة الأدوية. وقال على هامش اختتام أشغال الاجتماع التقييمي لتحديد قائمة الأدوية التي يجب توفيرها لمرضى السرطان والقلب والشرايين، بفندق سفير مزافران بالعاصمة، إن ''الوضع كان ضبابيا إلى حد بعيد''، حيث كانت الملايير تخصص لاقتناء الأدوية واستيرادها، إلا أن الطبيب والمريض لا يحصلان على الأدوية اللازمة.
وكشف وزير الصحة عن أولى نتائج التحقيق، الذي استغرق إعداده أزيد من أسبوعين، فيما يتعلق بارتفاع فاتورة الدواء والندرة، حيث أن ''عدة شركات استيراد للأدوية ومخابر محلية بالتواطؤ مع مخابر عالمية، كانت تقوم بتضخيم فواتير اقتناء الأدوية والمواد الأولية، إلى حدود غير معقولة''، وبلغت قيمة الفوترة الزائدة حدود 94 مليون دولار أمريكي. وقدم ولد عباس أمثلة عن مواد استوردت من نفس البلد، بقيمة 6820 دولار أمريكي للكيلوغرام الواحد، في حين أن ''صيدال'' اقتنت نفس المادة بـ200 دولار أمريكي ومن نفس البلد. وانتقد الوزير التسيير الذي ورثه عن سابقه، قائلا: ''لقد أصبح قطاع الصحة حساسا إلى الحد الذي صار فيه كل من ليس له علاقة بالصحة دخيلا على القطاع، ونحن وقفنا على عدة فضائح، وكان لزاما علينا تحديد قائمة الأدوية التي يجب استيرادها قبل منتصف الشهر الحالي''
