شلقم: ليبيا لن تكون إمارة تابعة لأمير المؤمنين في قطر

اتهم وزير خارجية ليبيا السابق وسفيرها الحالي في الأمم المتحدة عبدالرحمن شلقم قطر بأنها تسير على نفس الطريق الذي سلكه معمر القذافي من جنون العظمة فتتوهم أنها تقود المنطقة وأنها تعمل على تشكيل حزب إسلامي يشبه حزب الله في ليبيا.
وقال شلقم في برنامج "مع الحدث" الذي يبثه التلفزيون الألماني، القسم العربي "دويتش فيله": إن قطر تريد الهيمنة على ليبيا وإن رئيس المجلس الانتقالي الليبي والوفد الليبي الذي زار قطر مؤخرًا قبلوا ما أملي عليهم في الدوحة دون أن يكون لديهم خبرة سياسية ومعرفة بخلفيات الأمور.
واضاف شلقم أن وفد المجلس الانتقالي الليبي قبل بأمور فرضت عليهم من قطر يرفضها معظم الليبيين، وأنهم - اي قطر وحلفاءها - إذا استمروا في اتجاه الهيمنة على ليبيا فهم واهمون ولن يقبل الليبيون بذلك بل ستتم مقاومتهم بكل الطرق. وقال شلقم :"لن تكون ليبيا إمارة تابعة لأمير المؤمنين في قطر".
واتهم عبد الرحمن شلقم دولة قطر بعدم الوقوف على مسافة واحدة من كل الأطراف في ليبيا، معربا عن رفضه بأن تتولى قطر قيادة التحالف الدولي للقوات في ليبيا، ووصف جيشها بأنه عبارة عن "مرتزقة".
ووصف شلقم عملية جمع السلاح في ليبيا بأنه خدعة حيث إن المجموعة المكلفة بجمع السلاح بإشراف قطري ستقوم بجمع السلاح وتعطيه لآخرين.
وقال شلقم: إن ليبيا ليست في حاجة لأموال قطر، وإن من قام بالدور المهم على الأرض هو القوات الفرنسية والأمريكية والبريطانية وليس القطرية.
وسخر شلقم من ان القطريين سيديرون تنمية ليبيا حيث قال إن الخبراء الذين يديرون النفط والبنوك في قطر هم ليبيون، وإن قطر لا تتميز عن ليبيا لكي تأتي وتعمل غرفة عمليات في ليبيا. معبرا عن رفضه لذلك وقال: "هذا مرفوض، قطر كلها لا تساوي حارة في ليبيا". والخبراء الليبيون هم الذين يقودون قطر ولسنا في حاجة لها في أي شيء، شكرا لهم، فليتركوننا نقرر مصيرنا بأنفسنا.
وأضاف: "نحن لا نعتبرهم محايدين، نحن لا نريد قطر ولا أمريكا".
واستنكر شلقم قيادة قطر للتحالف معبرا عن عدم فهمه لذلك، وقال: "أنا لا أفهمه، ولا أقبله، وغير معروف حتى لليبيين. قطر تقود أميركا وتقود فرنسا، من هي قطر، أليس جيشها من مرتزقة من نيبال ومن بنجلاديش وباكستان؟ ما هي قدرة قطر".
وأضاف: "أخاف أن تصاب قطر بما أصيب به معمر القذافي من جنون العظمة، فتتوهم أنها تقود المنطقة. أنا لا أقبل ذلك. عدد الشهداء الليبيين والجرحى يفوق عدد سكان قطر".
وتشير تقارير في طرابلس إلى تهديد العديد من المجموعات المرتبطة بقبائل ليبية بأنها لن تسمح بتواجد لمجموعات قطرية في المنطقة وأنها ترفض التدخل القطري وستواجهه بالعنف.
وتجاوبا مع هذه التهديدات قام قائد المجلس العسكري في طرابلس والمتحالف مع قطر بزيارات لوجهاء في المنطقة لتهدئة غضبهم وكسبهم إلى صفوف مجلسه والتخفيف من التوتر بينهم وبين التواجد القطري على الأراضي الليبية.
