برنار هنري ليفي في كتابه الجديد يكشف خبايا واسرار الحرب الليبية

يروي برنار هنري ليفي في كتاب ان فرنسا قدمت بشكل مباشر او غير مباشر كميات كبيرة من الاسلحة الى الثوار الليبيين الذين كانوا يقاتلون للاطاحة بمعمر القذافي، تقرر حجمها في اجتماعات كان بعضها سريا.
ويروي هنري ليفي في كتابه "الحرب دون ان نحبها" الذي يصدر الاربعاء، بالتفصيل كيف اقنع الرئيس الفرنسي نيكولا ساركوزي بالمشاركة دبلوماسيا ثم عسكريا في النزاع الليبي.
وبعد ساعات من تشكل المجلس الوطني الانتقالي التقى في الخامس من آذار/مارس في بنغازي (شرق ليبيا) مصطفى عبد الجليل الذي تولى رئاسة المجلس.
واعترف هنري ليفي بانه "شخصية مجهولة" لكنه اقترح عليه مع ذلك نقل رسائل الى نيكولا ساركوزي وقيادة وفد من المتمردين الى باريس.
وبعد دقائق اتصل هاتفيا بالرئيس الفرنسي وقال له "فكرتي هي جلب وفد من الوفد الذي تشكل الى باريس. هل توافق على استقبال هذا الوفد شخصيا؟". واجاب نيكولا ساركوزي "بالتأكيد".
وبعد هذا الرد الايجابي على معارضة ليبية لم يكن احد يعرفها حينذاك، يكتب هنري ليفي "ما كنت اؤمن بالمعجزات وما يحدث هنا هو معجزة".
واستقبل الوفد في العاشر من آذار/مارس في الاليزيه. وكانت فرنسا اول دولة اعترفت بالمجلس الوطني الانتقالي.
وبعد ذلك جرت المشاورات في مجلس الامن الدولي وبدأت في 19 آذار/مارس العملية العسكرية الجوية التي كانت فرنسية بريطانية اميركية قبل ان يتولى حلف شمال الاطلسي قيادتها.
وفي كتابه ايضا، اكد هنري ليفي ان فرنسا قدمت مساعدة عسكرية كبيرة على الارض لقوات المجلس الوطني الانتقالي.
ويقول انه نقل منذ التاسع والعشرين من آذار/مارس الى ساركوزي حوارا اجراه مع رئيس المكتب التنفيذي للمجلس الوطني الانتقالي محمود جبريل، مؤكدا ان "الاسلحة الفرنسية تصل وكذلك المدربين. لدينا انطباع بان الامور تحقق تقدما".
ويرد الرئيس "هذا صحيح (...) لم نكن متأكدين من انهم يملكون وسائل لثروتهم واضطررنا لوقفهم. لا اسلحة كافية ولا تأهيلا كذلك".
واتخذت المساعدة الفرنسية منحى جديدا بالزيارة التي قام بها الى باريس في 13 نيسان/ابريل عبد الفتاح يونس القائد العسكري للثوار ووزير الداخلية في عهد معمر القذافي. وقد تم اغتياله في 28 تموز/يوليو في بنغازي في ظروف لم تتضح بعد.
ومنتصف ليل الثالث عشر من نيسان/ابريل رافق برنار هنري ليفي سرا عبد الفتاح يونس وقادة عسكريين ليبيين آخرين التقاهم في ليبيا خلال زيارة، للقاء ساركوزي في قصر الاليزيه.
ويذكر الرئيس الفرنسي بان المساعدة الفرنسية تم تسليمها من قبل قطر او عبر قطر وبان المدربين الفرنسيين اصبحوا على الارض. ثم سأل "الى ماذا تحتاجون بالتحديد؟".
وقدم له احد المشاركين لائحة تتضمن من بين ما تتضمنه "مئة آلية رباعية الدفع واجهزة للبث ومئتي جهاز لاسلكي ومئة سيارة بيك آب على الاقل وبين 700 و800 قذيفة +آر بي جي7+ والف رشاش واربعة واذا امكن خمسة قاذفات صواريخ ميلان".
من جهته، اصر يونس على ضرورة تجهيز متمردي جبل نفوسة جنوب غرب طرابلس. وفي اليوم التالي استقبل في فندق في باريس مسؤول الشركة الفرنسية بانار المتخصصة بالمصفحات وهو يحمل قائمة الشركة وطلبية.
وكتب هنري ليفي ان "المواد اصبحت في المنطقة. انها بضاعة رائعة. وبما ان الشاري لم يدفع ثمنها يمكننا تسليمها بسرعة كبيرة جدا". واضاف نقلا عن ساركوزي ان مقاتلي جبل نفوسة تسلموا اربعين طنا من المعدات عن طريق الدول العربية الصديقة. وبعد اسابيع اقتاد الكاتب القادة العسكريين لمصراتة الى الاليزيه حيث قدموا الطلبات نفسها والوعود نفسها.
