كشف أحد المبعوثين الطوارق في إطار مفاوضات تحرير الرهائن الفرنسيين التابعين لشركة ''أريفا'' والمحتجزين حاليا من قبل تنظيم القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي بشمال مالي، أن أحد ضباط المخابرات الفرنسية يلقب بـ''المهندس'' قد أنشأ شركة أمن بمالي واقترح على أمير كتيبة الصحراء المختار بلمختارالعمل معه من خلال تعيينه كوسيط في سياق الحصول على الأموال مقابل تحرير الرعايا الأجانب المختطفين.

ونقلت مجلة ''باري ماتش'' الفرنسية في تحقيق نشرته في عددها الأخير، أن مبعوثا لباريس من الطوارق يشغل منصب إطار سامي بشركة ''أريفا'' بنيجيريا قد تم إرساله في 29 جويلية الماضي من قبل السلطات النيجيرية في إطار التفاوض مع الجماعات المسلحة
وبعد إجراء 3 رحلات إلى منطقة ''أدرار ايفوراس'' لمقابلة مجموعة القاعدة التي تحتجز الرهائن الفرنسيين، توجه المبعوث التارقي على بعد 70 كلم من منطقة تومبوكو حيث التقى بمؤسس تنظيم القاعدة بالمغرب الإسلامي المختار بن محمد بلعور، مستلقيا تحت شجرة وحوله ما لا يقل عن 20 عنصرا من رجاله المسلحين، حيث عرض عليه اقتراح كل من نيجيريا وبوركينافاسو اللتين تدعوانه للتخلي عن القيام بعمليات اختطاف للأجانب فوق أراضيها، وهو ما اعتبره بلمختار بالممكن بمجرد مناقشة الموضوع مع رفاقه، في إشارة إلى الأمراء الثلاثة لتنظيم القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي، مقترحا تحديد موعد للالتقاء مع وفد رسمي.
غير أن ما أثار انتباه المبعوث النيجيري، هو تطرق بلمختار إلى وجود مساعٍ لتحرير الرهائن الفرنسيين، والتي يقودها حسبه -يضيف المبعوث - شخص فرنسي يلقب بـ ''المهندس''، وهو ضابط مخابرات فرنسي تم إرساله إلى مالي في إطار تحرير الرهائن المحتجزين، قبل أن يقرر إنشاء شركة أمنية في مالي، حيث أوضح أمير التنظيم في الصحراء أن ''المهندس'' اتصل بالقاعدة واقترح عليهم العمل معه في إطار المفاوضات مع دول الرعايا المختطفين مقابل اقتسام العائدات التي يجنونها من ذلك، لتضيف صحيفة ''باري ماتش'' في تحقيقها أنه حتى الرئيس المالي أمادو توري اعترف لمقربيه أن الملقب باسم ''المهندس'' هو عميل وضابط في جهاز المخابرات الفرنسية.
