ليلى بن علي كانت تملك ألف زوج من الأحذية الفاخرة

كشف تقرير نشرأمس الجمعة في تونس العثور على الف زوج من الاحذية الفاخرة واكثر من 1500 قطعة مجوهرات في قبو قصر الرئيس المخلوع زين العابدين بن علي وزوجته ليلى الطرابلسي في العاصمة التونسية.

وقال ناجي البكوش رجل القانون لدى تقديمه تقرير "اللجنة الوطنية لتقصي الحقائق حول الرشوة والفساد" خلال عهد بن علي للصحافيين "اشعر بالخجل. لقد تمت استباحة كل القيم".
واضاف "اقترح تحويل هذا القصر (قصر سيدي بوسعيد بالضاحية الشمالية للعاصمة) الى متحف للذاكرة" الوطنية.
وكشف التقرير الذي يقع في 345 صفحة الانتشار الكبير للفساد داخل العديد من المؤسسات والوزارات والبنوك والجمارك وفي صفوف الاعلاميين والمحامين وغيرهم.
وقال البكوش "لقد تمكنا من دراسة خمسة آلاف ملف تمت احالة 320 منها الى النيابة العامة لاتخاذ الاجراءات القضائية" مشيرا الى ان اللجنة تلقت 11 الف طلب تحقيق.
وبحسب التقرير فان "الفساد قد طال كافة الميادين" خصوصا الادارة والقضاء والملكية العقارية واملاك الدولة والصفقات العامة والمشاريع الكبرى وعمليات التخصيص والاتصالات والضرائب والاعلام والبنوك".
وندد التقرير بحالات تعد وانتهاكات كثيرة وعمليات انتزاع املاك ومساومات وجرائم وممارسات مافيوية تشمل اشخاصا آخرين اضافة الى المقربين من بن علي وزوجته.
وخصص التقرير بالاعتماد على جداول ورسوم حيزا هاما للفساد في وكالة الاتصال الخارجي وكشف تفاصيل مبالغ مالية صرفت لاستمالة صحافيين تونسيين واجانب (عرب واوروبيين خصوصا) من اجل تلميع صورة النظام.
وتم استنزاف البنوك العامة والخاصة من قبل اقارب الرئيس المخلوع وزوجته. وقال البكوش "كان البعض يتلقى في احيان كثيرة اوامر بالتخلي عن ديون ومنح قروض جديدة للاشخاص ذاتهم".
وعلق البكوش العميد السابق لكلية الحقوق بصفاقس (جنوب) "ان هذا الواقع ليس الا نتيجة احتكار السلطات في يد شخص واحد".
ويشير التقرير الى الاشخاص المتورطين بالحرفين الاولين من اسمائهم لكنه نشر ملاحق تضمنت العديد من مراسلات بن علي مع شخصيات ووسائل اعلام مقربة من النظام.
ومن بين هؤلاء الهاشمي الحامدي الثري التونسي المقيم في لندن وزعيم تيار "العريضة الشعبية" الذي فاز ب 26 مقعدا في انتخابات 23 اكتوبر الماضي والذي يصل السبت الى تونس.
وسلمت اللجنة تقريرها الى الرئيس التونسي الموقت فؤاد المبزع الذي امر بمصادرة املاك اسرة بن علي وزوجته ودعا الى "محاسبة كل الذين اساؤوا لتونس ونهبوا ثرواتها"..
