تسريبات: «شيطنة» قطرية غيرت المواقف الرافضة لتعليق العضوية.. وحمد لمدلسي: لا تدا

سربت مصادر دبلوماسية موثوقة حضرت اجتماعات المجلس الوزاري العربي معلومات حول خفايا ما حدث في الجامعة العربية بين يومي الجمعة والسبت قبل إصدار قرار تعليق عضوية سوريا، حيث أكدت المصادر أن غالبية الدول العربية كانت معارضة لفكرة التعليق وكان التوجه نحو إرسال بعثة مراقبين إلى سوريا، لكن المصادر أكدت أن شيئا ما قامت به دولة قطر بين ليل الجمعة وصباح السبت غير المعادلات.
والقصة كما ترويها المصادر.. دخل رئيس وزراء قطر حمد بن جاسم أول من أمس إلى اجتماع اللجنة الوزارية المخولة بحث الشأن السوري وفي يده قرار الجامعة الذي أذيع أمس، ووفقا لما أكدته المصادر حضرت اللقاء فإنه تم بحث هذا القرار، واللافت أن جزءاً كبيراً من الدول العربية رفضت قرار التعليق، ومن بينها السعودية التي واجهت اقتراحي تجميد العضوية أو حتى تجميد المبادرة بالرفض، فيما اتخذت كل من لبنان والجزائر والعراق مواقف جيدة رافضة للقرار، وكان الموقف المصري قريبا منها نسبيا، فما الذي حصل صباح أمس، وكيف عنونت معظم الصحف العربية بما فيها المتحيزة ضد سوريا أن الجامعة تميل اليوم (أمس) لإرسال بعثة مراقبين تقوم بمتابعة تنفيذ المبادرة ومراقبة مدى التزام الجانب السوري، وهي لجنة رحبت بها دمشق كما نذكر في بيان تلاه مندوب سوريا الدائم في الجامعة العربية؟
شيء ما حصل صباح أمس، شبيه بذلك الشيء الذي حصل في اجتماعات سابقة للجامعة العربية، برزت فيها الخلافات في وجهات النظر، في أزمات شهيرة حيال لبنان وفلسطين والعراق، ثم ما لبث أن طمس أغلبها تحت شعار الأغلبية، دون مبررات منطقية أو سياسية تذكر.
أكثر من ذلك دخل رئيس مجلس اسطنبول إلى اجتماع أول من أمس دخول المبعوثين الدوليين على بلاط العرب في أيام الاحتلال، واستقبل استقبالاً حافلاً على بوابة القاعة من أعضاء الوفد القطري، وأحدهم عانقه حتى الباب، وفقاً للمصادر ذاتها، بينما قدمه حمد بن جاسم بأنه «يمثل بمجلسه 80 بالمئة من الشعب السوري!».
ومنذ لحظة دخوله طالب برهان غليون بتجميد عضوية سوريا وسحب السفراء العرب منها، وهو ما كان قراءة للقرار الذي جاء به القطريون مطبوعاً وجاهزاً.
وقد صعب ابتلاع هذا التجاوز لميثاق الجامعة على البعض «وليس على الجميع» فاعترض عليه وزير خارجية الجزائر مراد مدلسي وخاض نقاشاً حاداً مع حمد، مطالباً اللجنة بـ«التعامل بحكمة مع الموضوع السوري ودراسة قرار تعليق العضوية الذي سيؤدي إلى ما لا تحمد عقباه»، فما كان من حمد إلا أن قاطع الوزير الجزائري، وقال له: «لا تدافع كثيراً عن سوريا لأن الدور آتٍ عليكم وقد تحتاجنا في المستقبل!».
وفي الجلسة الموسعة قدم حمد القرار متوجها بالسؤال: «من يعارض القرار»؟ فاعترض لبنان واليمن وسوريا وامتنع العراق عن التصويت وطلب وزير خارجية الجزائر الكلام وما إن بدأ كلمته قاطعه حمد بن جاسم وأعلن نهاية الجلسة.
مما دفع السفير أحمد إلى توجيه الكلام إلى وزير خارجية قطر قائلاً: «هذا تآمر من قبلك شخصياً وهو تجاوز على القانون والميثاق وأنت رأس المطية والتخريب ليس في سوريا فحسب بل في كل العالم العربي وأنت والأمين العام تجرمون بحق سوريا وحق الأمة العربية.. أنتم عملاء تنفذون أجندة غربية وسيحاسبكم الشعب العربي في يوم من الأيام على هذه الجرائم».
