في ضل التواطؤ على امن الشعب و ممتلكاته و سلامته

و في ضل الانحراف و الانحدار المستمر و كثرة الاوباش و القــُمل

وفي ضل نزع هيبة الامن و حصرها في تنظيم المرور و مكافحة الشغب

و في ضل ســـن قوانيين لا تطبق الا على الضعفاء .

و في ضل بقاء مسؤولين عششو في مراكز فكانو سببا لضياع القضاء بكثرة الرشاوى و المحسوبية

و في ضل بقاء متقاعدين لهم يد على النظام و هيبة امتلكوها بالصداقة و مصالح على ظهر الشعب

و في ضل انتشار الرذيلة بشتى انواعها و ادعت الدولة مكافحتها و كانت هي من مسبباتها

وفي ضل بقاء مسامير في الحكم معتمدة على الترقيع في كل شيء خوفا على اسقرارها بكثرة جهلها و اميتها

و في ضل نقص التوعية الاعلامية المنحصرة فقط على الشطيح و الرديح و نشر الافة

و في ضل اتساع الفوهة بين النظام و الشعب .

و في ضل المعيشة تحت اقتصاد مجهول .ستــَرَت عيوبه وعوراته دولارات البترول

و في ضل الالم الذي مس المواطن لسنوات بان نُزع منه تاجُ ما يملك وهو الامن

و في ضل الضحك على عقول المواطنين بقوانين وقرارت بقيت محل صراع بين الوزارات

و في ضل تشويه صورة الهوية الجزائرية بثقافات دخيلة وعلمانية

و في ضل قتل روح العلم و المعرفة و حصره في شهادات على ورق يطبع بالمجان

و في ضل الثقافة التي جعلت من المتشردين مغني فحش وناشري رذيلة و مستشارين في الاخير

و في ضل تفاهة التجارب التربوية البوزيدية على الاطفال و البراءة

و في ضل ضياع صحة المواطن بسبب سوء التكوين الطبي وهروب العقول و بقاء اشباه مصلحي السيارات '' حاشى البعض '

و في ضل غظ الطرف عن كل محظور و مراقبة كل مباح

و في ضل السرقة المتهورة و الرشوة و الفساد

و في ضل انتشار دين جديد اسمه خاطية راسي .

و في ضل كل ما هو مؤلم يعلمه كثيرنا و يخفى عنا منه الكثير من الالم

أمن قلة رجال وطنو بلادي ؟

أم من عجز النساء على انجاب و تربية رجال لا يوقفهم باطل جاري ؟

لسنا دعاة فوضى .ولسنا دعاة انقلاب .

و لا يؤثر فينا ما جرى و يجري في الاجواء ..!
