الشعور بالسقوط من مكان مرتفع اثناء النوم

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ..


( كم منا قد جرب )

عند بدء الدخول في النوم والإستيقآظ بعد ذلك على وقع إهتزاز جسمه ليجد نفسه يرقد في فراشه وكل ما حوله ساكن ..!

لابد أن الجميع قد مر بهذه التجربة وتساءل حينها

ماذا حدث لي خلال النوم وهل كنت أحلم ..؟





أم أن هناك أمراً غير طبيعي حدث في جسمي وسبب لي ذلك الإحساس ..!

هذه ظاهرة معروفة لدى المختصين في طب النوم ..
وتعرف بإهتزازات بدآية النوم ( Hypnic jerks )

وهي عبارة عن : إنتفاضة لا إرادية تحدث عند الإنتقال من اليقظة إلى النوم ويشعر خلالها الشخص بأنه سقط ..



ويصاحبها حركة مفاجئة في الجسم قد يشعر بها الشخص الذي يشارك المصاب في السرير ..

وهذه الحركة لا تحدث في مرحلة الأحلام ولكن تحدث عند الإنتقال من الإستيقاظ إلى المرحلة الأولى من النوم وهي المرحلة الانتقالية التي يمر بها النائم قبل التقدم إلى مراحل النوم المتقدمة ،
وهي مرحلة بين النوم واليقظة .

وتسبب الإهتزازات التي تصاحب الشعور بالسقوط و
الإستيقاظ من النوم مصحوباً بشعور من الفزع اللحظي
يُدرك بعدهآ الشخص انه ربما كان يحلم ..!

وعادة لا يجد الشخص صعوبة في العودة مرة أخرى للنوم ..

ولا يعرف السبب الحقيقي لهذا الظاهرة ..!

ولكن هناك عدة نظريات منهـــا :
أن هذه الظاهرة ناتجة عن الإرتخاء الطبيعي لعضلات الجسم أثناء الدخول في النوم .،
مما قد يفسره المخ عند بدء النوم على انه نوع من السقوط ...
وتزداد الظاهرة عند الأشخاص المنهكين أو الذين حرموا من النوم لساعات طويلة .،

أي الأشخاص المنهكين الذين يحاولون مقاومة النوم .

أي أنها قد تحدث بصورة أكبر لمن بقي صاحياً لمدة 24ساعة أو أكثر..

كما أنها تزداد عند النوم في أوضاع غير مناسبة مثل :
النوم جالساً ..!

وتحدث هذه الظاهرة مرة أو مرتين في الليلة
ولكنها عند الأغلبية تحدث على فترات متباعدة
ويبدو أن هذه الظاهرة تصيب جميع الفئات العمرية بلا إستثناء

وتعتبر ظاهرة حميدة ولا تحتاج لأي علاج ..


وينصح الذين يعانون من تكرآر المشكلة بالبعد عن
الإجهاد والسهر ..

وربما لأني أنام على الأرض أحسها بشكل آخر , هزة مخيفة بجسدي حتى أني أحيانا أحس كأن القلب توقف

لم أشأ زيارة طبيب مختص في القلب حتى لا أوسوس نفسي أكثر

اي والله حدثت معي مرات عديدة...ارى نفسي اسقط من جرف عالٍ، ولا نهاية له.....كنت احسب هذا من الذنوب والمعاصي، فيها تحذير من الله إن كانت _رؤية صادقة _للعبد للكف عن ارتكاب المعاصي فهي تهوي به في نار جهنم ...والله أعلم
