نحن المعاقين في الجزائر مهمشين كل التهميش من طرف الدولة والمجتمع تخيل ان المعاقين يعيشون بمنحة قدرها 4000 دينار ارجوا ان تقولي لي هل تكفس احتياجات المعاق ومنذ 5 سنوات وهم يعدونا بزيادة لكن مجرد وعود ارجوا من الاصدقاء مساعدتنا على رفع المنحة. وخير الكلام ماقل ودل

فعلا عند آخر زيارة لي للجزائر سمعت أنّ منح ذويي الإحتياجات الخاصّة لم تُصرف لهم منذ أشهر
هي قليلة و زادوا كملوا عليهم فسبحان الله
كيف ستكون نفسيّة مستحقّيها يا ترى؟؟؟
أ لا يكفيهم ما يعانونه؟؟؟
من عسّر أمر مؤمن عسّر الله عليه

الفكرة جيدة ولكن نتمنى أن يكتب الموضوع عضو من ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة ليكتبها بأحاسيسه وواقعه المعاش ليكون للموضوع قوة أكبر وأتمنى أن يكون هذا العضو بهي الحرف..قوي الحجة وارشح لذلك الأخت حورية أو الأخ شاعر ميلاف

عندما نسمع أن بعض ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أن المنحة لا تكفيهم حتى على تغطية الحفاظات "ليكوش" فهذا أمر محزن جدا فما بالكم بالأدوية والحاجيات الأخرى الضرورية

سبحان الله الموضوع من يوم 15 نوفمبر 2011 والأمر لم يتغير سؤال كيف الحل أين الجواب يناس ؟؟؟؟؟ ..........
الأمر ماشي غير من يوم الموضوع عندو 10 سنوات والمعاق يطلب بزيادة المنحة بل التبهديلة
انا أرى والله أعلم الحل هو الشوروقيون يكتبو مقلات ماشي خطرة واحدة ولا زوج في العام راكم غروبيون مع هاذي الفيئة الضعيفة او ماشي غير انتوما يلزم كل واحد عندو معريفة ايشوف يتصل بيه بلاك فيها خير والمسؤلين تاع وزارة التضامن يلزم يتحركو ويديرو حل والله المسنعان

الدول الفريقة الغير اسلامية باش يساعدوهم
مساكن مكاش لي يعيشهم

و شعبها لم يستفد حتى من حقوقه

بالنسبة لي لا انتظر منحتهم التي لا تفي باي غرض ..والحمد لله..لكن الكثير من المعاقين ليس لهم الا هذا المدخول ..فإلى متى ؟؟؟تهميش معنوي ومادي...
