ان ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة نعيش كل التهميش والعزلة والحرمان من طرف الدولة والمجتمع والجهات الوصية لدفاع عن حقوقنا
نعم ويقولون نحن نرعى ونهتم بهذه الفئة اين هو الاهتمام ودليل على ذلك هو الزيادات الاخير التي استفادة منها جميع الشعب الجزائري وفي جميع القطاعات كا العقود قبل التشغيل و العمال والبطالين والامن والشرطة...وو.. و..والخ الا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين يحصلون على مبلغ زهيد لا يوفر ادنى شروط الحياة الكريمة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة السنا اولاد الجزائر الكريمة ام نحن عالة على دولتنا وعلى المجتمع الجزائر اين هي حقوقنا من يدافع عنا كامعاقين لماذا هذا الاجحاف من طرف الدولة والرئيس الجمهورية والاجهات المختصة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة اطلب من حركتكم حركة مجتمع السلم لتكلم عن حقوق المعاقين في الجزائر والمهضومة واطلب من الشيخ ابو جرة سلطاني خاصة لدفاع عنا لانه يعرف حال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجزائر ودمتم في خدمة المظلمين والدفاع عنهم

صدقني اخي ان هاته الفئة لا تحتاج الى معونة او مال لاستمرار في الحياة ...
كل ماتحتاجه فعلا هو بسمة وفرحة نصنعها نحن من اجلهم . نحن من ندعي العافية والصحة
كم نحن مخطئين فكثير منا هم معاقو الفكر والسريرة ..
في مقدمتهم من يدعون انهم السلطة الاعلى في البلاد من اعلى قمة هرم الرئاسة الى اخر عضو
ينتسب لجمعية المعاقين ..
اخي عشت حالات كثيرة مع هاته الفئة والله العضيم الامر يزداد سوءا ..
كم من عائلة تشردت وضاع ابناءها في الشوارع بحثا عن لقمة تسد بها رمقها بسبب ان رب البيت
عاجز حركيا او معاق ذهنيا ..
الاخطر من هذا نظرتنا نحن لهاته الفئة .. ننظر اليها نظرة احتقار والرفض..
تخيل كيف يكون شعورهم اتجاهنا ...
كل مااريد قوله من خلال صفحتك هاته نصائح لابد منها
اوجهه لهاته الفئة

انظر الى قلبك المضاء والمزهر وكن كفيفا امام اعاقتك .كن اصما امام مايقوله ناس تافهون عنك

واعلم ان حياة كل انسان بها مشاكل وحواجز.فلا تجعل اصابتك حاجزا بل فل تكن مصدرا لقوتك

الحياة مثل القمر في مرحلة البدر لها جانب مظلم

عش حياتك وتجاوز كل ما يقال عنك من كلام بذيء فهو مجرد صيحات اشخاص يخنقهم الفراغ

صدقت اخي ما يحس بالجمرة غير لي كواتو ...

منحة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة منحة زهيدة ...لا تكفي شخصا واحدا فما بالك بمن هو رب اسرة ...من المفروض تنشئ الدولة مدارس خاصة لتسهل الامر على المعنين ...شخصيا تعجبت من ميزانية اليابان التي خصصتها للعناية بالمعاقين ..و اعطاء الاولوية لفاقدي البصر بتخصيص اماكن السير لهم في كل جهة ..كابسط حق لهم ...
من اعماقي اسال الله ان يهدي مسؤولونا و يولون اهمية للموضوع و لهذه الفئة المهمشة

يوجد برنامج حاليا تقوم به السلطات وهو القيام بإحصاء وطني لكل المعوقين على المستوى الوطني، وهذ الأمر مهم جدا، فمن خلاله يمكن تحديد احتياجات هذه الفئة، وإن شاء الله مزيدا من التطور والتحسن
