سأشارككم فيمايلي مهارة من مهارات التعلم تعلمتها من تجاربي البسيطة في حياتي الغير حافلةcupidarrow...
وهي مهارة التعلم بالمشاهدة والتطبيق...
هذه المهارة جدّ فعالة لتعلّم اي شيئ بدءا بالأشغال اليدوية وإنتهاءا بالأعمال الفكرية ككتابة مقالة فلسفية مثلا...وممارستها تتكون من مرحلتين متعاقبتين:
1-مشاهدة العمل المُراد تعلمه: أنظر إلى معلمك ( قد يكون المعلم إنسانا أو غير ذلك) بعيون وجهك لتعرف ماذا يفعل وكيف،وأنظر إليه بعين عقلك لتفهم ذلك ولتحفظه حتى تتقنه... ماهي عين العقل هذه؟ وكيف تنظر بها؟...نتحدث عن هذا بعد أن نفرغ من شرح المرحلة الثانية.
2-تطبيق العمل المُراد تعلمه: بعد أن تشاهد ماترغب في تعلمه طبّق ما شاهدت بعيون وجهك وبعين عقلك،فالمحاولة الأولى هي أساس التعلم والإتقان،لكن إحفظ هذه المسلّمة جيدا:" المحاولة الأولى تُعرّف بأنها تطبيق ناجح للعمل المرغوب تعلُّمه لكن بصعوبة إلى حين وصول المتعلم إلى مرحلة الإتقان التام حيث يقوم بالعمل بكل يُسر وسهولة و بطريقة آلية وذلك بعد أن تمر الفترة الزمنية الكافية لإكتساب عادة سلوكية والتي يحددها الخبراء ب21 يوما"...
أمّا النظر بعين العقل فهو يشبه النظر العادي بعض الشيئ، فإذا كانت العيون تحتاج إلى نورٍ لتُبصر الأشياء فإن عين عقلك تحتاج كذلك إلى نور...غير أنه ليس بنور الشمس أو المصباح، بل هو نور الأسئلة التي تطرحها على نفسك وتُجيب عليها بنفسك أيضا وأنت تراقب وتشاهد ما ترغب في تعلمه...
إذن ، لتتمكن من الإبصار بالعين التي في رأسك، أنِر المكان ب:"لماذا؟ و كيف؟".
