فوائد الخيار

الخيار غني بالبوتاسيوم والفيتامينات

أكدت عديد الدراسات العلمية على أهمية الخيار، معتبرة إياه بطل الخضروات، حيث يحتوى على 10 سعرات حرارية في كل 100 غ، إلى جانب احتوائه على %96 من الماء، وكذلك البوتاسيوم وبعض الفيتامينات. كما أن قشور الخيار تحتوى على مركب الفينول، وهو حامض مضاد للأكسدة، إلى جانب الفواكسيد الذي يحتوى على نسبة عالية من الأكسجين، وهو إنزيم يعمل على وقاية القلب ويساعد في عملية الهضم.

اي الاكلة السريعة التجهيز
كما يقول بعض الخبراء و الدراست ان اكل حبة خيار واحدة تغني الجسم عن استعمال الماء لمدة 20 يوما متتاليا و الله اعلى و اعلم
