الجزائر منعت السادات ومبارك من اغتيال الشاذلي

تدين عائلة الفريق الراحل سعد الدين الشاذلي للرئيس الراحل هواري بومدين والرئيس الأسبق الشاذلي بن جديد، ومن ورائهما للجزائر كلها بالفضل في احتضانهما، منذ أن خرجا من مصر بعد الخلاف الذي دب بين الفريق الشاذلي والرئيس المصري الأسبق أنور السادات، حينما قرر الأخير وقف الهجوم العسكري على إسرائيل في حرب أكتوبر 1973، برغم النصر الاستراتيجي الذي حققه الجيش المصري، والتحول إلى مفاوضات مع إسرائيل انتهت بالتوقيع على اتفاقية كامب ديفيد عام .1978 ولجأ السادات قبلها إلى التخلص من الشاذلي بتعيينه سفيرا لمصر في لندن ثم البرتغال، لكن الأخير فهم الرسالة، وقرر أن يكشف الحقيقة للتاريخ، ونشر مذكراته الخاصة عن تلك الحرب، لتبرئة ذمته التاريخية والأخلاقية أمام الشعب المصري والأمة العربية، لكن السادات اعتبر ذلك خروجا عن نظامه وتمردا سياسيا، وقرر إحالة الفريق سعد الدين الشاذلي إلى المحكمة العسكرية بتهمة إفشاء أسرار عسكرية.

غير أن قيادة الجيش المصري والمخابرات العامة وجدت حرجا كبيرا في أن يحال إلى المحكمة العسكرية قائد عسكري بحجم الشاذلي قائد العبور، وصاحب خطة ''بدر'' التي مكنت الجيش المصري من عبور القناة وتدمير خط بارليف الدفاعي الذي أقامته إسرائيل على الضفة الأخرى من القناة، ورفضت القيادة العسكرية للجيش المصري قرار السادات، ما دفعه إلى إحالة القضية إلى محكمة مدنية، لكن القضية حفظت، إلى غاية عام ,1983 عندما قرر الرئيس المخلوع محمد حسني مبارك إحياء القضية وإحالتها على محكمة عسكرية قضت غيابيا في حق الفريق الشاذلي بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات، ولم تسمح المحكمة للمحامي الذي وكله عدد من أفراد عائلة الفريق التي كانت تقيم في مصر بالدخول إلى قاعة المحكمة أو المرافقة .
حين قرر الشاذلي إعلان معارضته لاتفاقية كامب ديفيد، والاستقالة من منصبه كسفير لمصر في البرتغال، عرض عليه العديد من الرؤساء والملوك الإقامة عندهم، لكنه اختار الجزائر، وبرر اختياره أنها دولة تقوم على مبدأ الحكم الجماعي وليس الحكم الفردي.
أيام عائلة الشاذلي الأولى في الجزائر كانت صعبة بعض الشيء، فزوجته لم تكن تعرف اللهجة الجزائرية، لكنها تعترف أنها عاشت والفريق الشاذلي في الجزائر 14 سنة معززين ومكرمين، بل إنهم كانوا يُعاملون بشكل راق مثل عائلة رئيس دولة. وتصف السيدة زينات السحيمي الجزائريين بالملائكة، وتحتفظ بكثير من الذكريات الرائعة من الجزائر التي وفرت لزوجها الحراسة، خشية تعرضه للاغتيال من قبل السادات ومن بعده مبارك، بناء على تحذيرات وردت إليه من صهر الرئيس جمال عبد الناصر، أشرف مروان..




وصلت زينات السحيمي حرم الشاذلي إلى القاهرة يومين قبله، وعندما ذهبت إلى مطار القاهرة لاستقباله في العاشر من رمضان عام 1992، تفاجأت بانتظارها الطويل له دون أن يظهر له خبر، ولم تكن تعلم أن عصابة مبارك اختطفت الرجل فور نزوله من الطائرة على أرضية مطار القاهرة، وضعوه في السجن لمدة يومين دون أن تعلم عائلته عنه شيئا، ولم ينفعه سوى بث الخبر في وكالات الأنباء العالمية لإنقاذ حياته، فقد كان يمكن اغتياله في صمت ومحو آثار وصوله من الجزائر.
ولم يخجل مبارك من نفسه، في أن يُودِع قائده ومعلمه السابق في السجن، تنفيذا لحكم غيابي، كان مقررا وفقا للقانون المصري أن يتم إعادة النظر فيه حال مثول المتهم. وقضى الفريق سعد الدين الشاذلي سنة ونصف السنة من ضمن ثلاث سنوات كان محكوما بها، في سجن المستشفى العسكري، لكن السجن تحول إلى ما يشبه الجامعة، حيث كان يلتحق المرضى والضباط بالفريق سعد الدين الشاذلي لمناقشته والاستفادة من خبرته، وهو ما أغاظ الرئيس مبارك، الذي قرر نقل الضباط والمرضى من الجناح الذي كان فيه الشاذلي لمنعهم من التواصل معه، وزيادة عزلته، قبل أن يَصدر قرار بالإفراج عنه بعد سنة ونصف من السجن، وعندما أبلغه الضابط المسؤول عنه في سجن المستشفى العسكري أنه تقرر الإفراج عنه ، قال له الفريق الشاذلي إنه إذا كان القرار عفوا من الرئيس مبارك فإنه لن يطلع من السجن ويرفض عفوه، قبل أن يؤكد له الضابط أن القرار تم قانونيا بحكم حسن السيرة والسلوك .
أكثر من ذلك فإن مبارك سعى لمدة 30 سنة، بكل الوسائل، إلى محاربة اسم الشاذلي ومنع وروده في أي جريدة أو قناة، ومنعه من حضور الأعياد الرسمية والوطنية كباقي ضباط الجيش السابقين، وتصفيته معنويا وتاريخيا، وتزييف التاريخ والحقيقة، من خلال نزع أي أثر له في الصور والمجسمات والجداريات التمثيلية الخاصة بحرب أكتوبر 1973، والمرسومة في المتحف العسكري، برغم اعتراض بعض القيادات العسكرية مثل المشير أبو غزالة، الذي اعتبر ذلك إهانة غير مقبولة، وقطع مبارك عن الشاذلي المعاش العسكري ومنحة نجمة الشرف التي يحوز الفريق عليها، قبل أن يعيدها له الجيش بعد ثورة يناير الأخيرة، ورفض أن يرد له مبارك الاعتبار حتى حصوله عليه بشكل قانوني في 2005.
