مؤهلات مستغانم الساحلية

عتبر ولاية مستغانم من أهم المدن الساحلية بالجهة الغربية، وذلك لما تمتاز به من مؤهلات، قد تنفرد بها، ما يجعلها محل أنظار وإهتمام السيّاح

وأهم عنصر تنفرد به مستغانم يتمثل في كونها مدينة سياحية وفلاحية في آن واحد.

تقع ولاية مستغانم شمال غرب البلاد على مسافة بعد 85 كلم عن ولاية وهران، تتميّز بموقع إستراتيجي جد هام إذ أنها تطل على البحر الأبيض المتوسط مباشرة وذلك على ساحل يمتد على 124 كلم

تتربع ولاية مستغانم على مساحة تقدر بـ 2269 كلم2 تشمل نسبة 14٪ منها الغابات، ولها كما سبق وذكرنا شريط ساحلي يبلغ 124 كلم مقسم على 24 شاطئا علما أنها تحتضن 15 منطقة سياحية.

تتواجد بالولاية 15 منطقة سياحية وهي منطقة المقطع، ستيديا، أوريعة (صابلات)، خروبة، شلف شاطيء، رأس إيفي، ومنطقة بن عبد المالك رمضان، ناهيك عن منطقة حجاج والكاف الأصفر، والميناء الصغير زيادة على منطقة عين إبراهيم وزريفة وكاف قادوس ومنطقتي سيدي عبد القادر وبحارة وبالإضافة إلى هذه الرقعات الجغرافية التي تعتبر مقصدا للمستغانميين، هناك هياكل قاعدية أخرى تساعد على تنمية السياحة بهذه الولاية والتي تتمثل في ميناءين إثنين خاصين بالصيد وميناء آخر تجاري، فضلا عن شبكة طرقات هامة والتي تلعب دورا كبيرا في تطوير إقتصاد الولاية، بحيث تعبر ولاية مستغانم 4 طرق وطنية وهي الطريق الوطني رقم 11 والطريق الوطني رقم 23، فضلا عن الطريق الوطني رقم 17 والطريق الوطني رقم 90، هذا وتضم الولاية شبكة طرقات ولائية وبلدية على إمتداد يصل إلى 878 كلم من الطرقات البلدية.

تزخر ولاية مستغانم بالعديد من الأماكن التي تجعلها قطبا سياحيا هاما سواء تعلّق الأمر بالمناطق السياحية أو الشواطىء، أو المعالم الأثرية

فضلا عن المناطق السياحية والمعالم الأثرية والأضرحة تتوفر ولاية مستغانم على 3 عيون مياه حارّة وهي حمام سيدي المخفي بعين النويصي والتي تتواجد على بعد 6 كلم من البحر و17 كلم عن مدينة مستغانم، ومياهها تعالج مختلف أمراض الجلد والروماتيزم، هذا فضلا عن عين »المكبرتة« التي تقع على بعد 6 كلم غرب منطقة بوڤيراط تعالج أمراض الجلد والمعدة، أما العين الثالثة فتتمثل في عين بن شاعة والتي تتركز على مقربة من وادي الشلف على بعد 7 كلم تفيد في معالجة أمراض الجلد والمعدة.

مستغانم بطبيعتها الجغرافية وكلّ ما تزخر به من مؤهلات سياحية بما فيها الشواطىء منها شاطىء البحارة الأكبر أي بمليون متر مربع وشاطىء سيدي منصور بـ 30 ألف م2 وشاطىء صابلات الواقع بمنطقة مزغران بـ 60 ألف م2، فضلا عن 15 منطقة سياحية، وكذا المعالم التاريخية التي توجد في طياتها، ناهيك عن موقعها الإستراتيجي الهام جدّا والمطل على البحر الأبيض المتوسط، والطابع السياحي والفلاحي الذي تمتاز به في وقت واحد وهو ما يميّزها عن باقي ولايات الوطن
