جدتي تُمارس الرياضة

كعادتي وأنا في طريقي إلى المسجد لأداء الجمعة...أجدُ أمامي جدتي التي تسبق الجميع دائما في الخروج من البيت، ويسبقها الجميع بعد ذلك في الدخول إلى الجامع، لقصر خطواتها أدام الله صحتها وعافيتها...
ألحق بها لأنال منها ما أحب أن أسميه مصروفي اليومي، وهو مجرد بسمة صغيرة أسعد بزرعها على محيّاها بأن أمازحها ببعض الكلمات...
في تلك الجمعة قلت لها :" ...جدّة نتيا كشغل ما ولدتي ما ربّيتي، علاش يخلّوك تروحي تمشي وواحد ما يوصلك..."،فتبتسم إبتسامة عريضة وترمقني بنظرات الحكيم للأحمق لتقول لي كلمات ذات معنى كبييييير :"...لالا...أنا نحب نمشي...سْبُور..."، كانت تقصد sport أي رياضة،ولكنها نطقتها بالباء العربيةnosweat...
وكم كانت دهشتي كبيرة وأنا أرى عجوزا وقورا مثلها تعرف معنى صحيّا مثل معنى أهمية الرياضة و دورها الإيجابي في حياة الإنسان...
فهل في هذا درس للكسالى من أمثالي حتى يعزموا على تبني الرياضة ولو مجرد حركات بسيطة وإتخاذها روتينا يوميا لتسخيرها في سبيل حياة أكثر صحة وأكثر عافية وأكثر نشاطا...
فعلى الأقل يمكننا أن نحذو حذو جدّتي ونترجّل بين الحين والآخر فالمشي رياضة أيضا...
ودُمتم شروقيين رياضيين.

هذه ثقافة الكثيرين..لكن المشي افضل رياضة...
