مستغانم عبر العصور....من العهد الفينيقي إلى استيطان الرومان


من العهد الفينيقي إلى استيطان الرومان بالمنطقة :
لقد كان حوض الشلف الأسفل وخاصة مصب النهر الذي جرفت سيوله مخلفات حضارات متعاقبة منذ نزول الفينيقيين بشمال إفريقيا في الألف الثانية قبل الميلاد واحتكاكهم بالسكان الأصليين، فمنطقة سيدي بالعطار وعين بودينار والسور وعين تادلس إلى ساحل كيزا بالشعايبية تحتاج هي الأخرى إلى دراسات وأعمال بحث وتنقيب قصد نفض الغبار عن هذه المحطات الحضارية ، فقبل انحسار الجليد أي تراجعه عن أوربا نحو الشمال ، كان شمال إفريقيا ينعم بمناخ مداري رطب تتخلل المنطقة غابات كثيفة غنية بأدغالها و ثروتها الخشبية ، استغلها البحارة الفينيقيون في إعداد مراكبهم التي تصل إلى الساحل الشرقي لمصب نهر الشلف معطوبة من جراء الكوارث البحرية لتواصل رحلتها إلى قادس ، وفي الأدغال التي كانت تكسوا المنطقة تعيش حيوانات متوحشة منها الفيلة استغلت أنيابها في صناعة الأدوات من العاج والأسود الإفريقية ، ودليل ذلك معاهدات الهدنة التي وقعها قادة البربر مع الرومان حيث ينص أحد بنودها على منعهم من تدريب الفيلة ، وعند تتبعنا لوادي الشلف الذي يعانق عند مصبه مياه البحرالابيض المتوسط ، وفي الشرق على بضعة كيلومترات تنام قرية كيزا بدوار الشعايبية هي إحدى المواقع السكنية للعهد الفينيقي معروفة باسم أسان ،ورد ذكرها في كتاب البكري ـ الممالك والمسالك ـ تمتد على سطح هضبة في غربه نهر الشلف ، أما المؤرخ محمد الميلي فيقول : وأما ـ مغيلة تقطن بالشاطئ الأيمن من الشلف عند مصبه في البحر ولهم مدينة على البحر تسمى أسان ـ وقد أثبتت بعض الدراسات وأعمال التنقيب غير المكملة وجود بقايا نتاج مادي مثل أطلال صخرية و أواني فخارية ومصابيح زيتية وبعض القطع النقدية ،ويعود ازدهار الصناعة الفخارية إلى توفر الموارد البيئية منها الطين و الصلصال واستعملت لأغراض منزلية كالطهي وحفص الثمار والأسماك، وزيت الزيتون إنها بصمات لإنسان حضارات البحر الأبيض المتوسط .

تعود علاقات الرومان بالقطر الجزائري إلى سنة 213 ق.م وقد امتدت إليه يدهم فتصرفوا فيه منذ 104 ق.م وتوسعوا في بلاد القبائل بعد سنة 297م وقسموا الجزائر الشمالية إلى أربعة أقاليم أو ولايات هي ندرومة ، شرشال ، سطيف و قسنطينة ، أما ساحل مستغانم الشرقي أحد المواقع التابعة للمقاطعة الغربية مثلها مثل القرى العريقة منها بونة ، ميلة سكيكدة القل وجميلة والى الجنوب مرورا بالأوراس و الشاطئ الأيمن لوادي جدي و يقطع وادي الشعير فيضم الحضنة الغربية ثم يتجه نحو سور الغزلان و يمر ببوغار وتيهرت وفرندة ويمتد الخط عبر ساحل تنس إلى مستغانم التي عرفت في عهدهم بموريستاغا بحيث استغل الرومان مخلفات الحضارة الفينيقية منها المواقع السكنية ،بحوض الشلف الأدنى إلى غاية المصب، وللإشارة فقد ادعى خادموا ركاب الاستعمار ، أن هذا الأخير قد جاء برسالة تمدينية لبلد مجزوم من الثقافة ، وجردوا الجزائر من أي تاريخ وحاولوا إزالة أحدى عشر قرنا من الحضور الحضاري فربطوا مباشرة الفترة الاستعمارية الفرنسية بالفترة الاستعمارية الرومانية بهدف طمس العبقرية الوطنية و المكونات الأساسية لقيمها. توسع الرومان بالمنطقة ولاتزال بعض الآثار الصخرية شرق مستغانم بمصب نهر الشلف منها مدينة السور وفي غربها بمدينة بطيوة.
