Les dangers des produits light, sans sucre, avec du faux sucre (aspartame)
Vous voulez perdre quelques kilos, vous pensez que les produits light vont vous aidez et que votre santé va aller pour le mieux? Vous faites erreur.
À première vue, les aliments light, les boissons light c’est super : on peut en consommer des tonnes sans l’inconvénient des calories et donc sans prendre de poids. Mais il existe des dangers pour la santé.
Des études montrent que la consommation d’aspartame, présent dans la majorité des produits light entraîne des effets secondaires : maux de tête, migraines, étourdissements, crises d’apoplexie, nausées, engourdissements, spasmes musculaires, gains de poids, irritations cutanées, dépression, fatigue, irritabilité, tachycardie, des insomnies, des problèmes visuels, perte d’ouïe, palpitations cardiaques, difficultés respiratoires, crises d’anxiété, difficultés d’élocution, perte du goût, goût de fer, vertige, perte de mémoire et douleurs articulaires.
L’aspartame est tenu pour responsable de plus de 75% des réactions défavorables aux additifs alimentaires dont il a été fait rapport à la FDA. (Food and Drug Administration, un organisme de certification et de contrôle des aliments et médicaments aux États-Unis)

Selon des chercheurs et des médecins étudiant les effets indésirables de l’aspartame aux États-Unis, les maladies suivantes peuvent être causées ou aggravées par la consommation d’aspartame en grande quantité :
aspartame Des tumeurs au cerveau
aspartame Une sclérose en plaques
aspartame De l’épilepsie et du diabète
aspartame Un syndrome de fatigue chronique
aspartame La maladie de Parkinson
aspartame La maladie d’Alzheimer
L’aspartame est composé de trois produits chimiques :
aspartame L’acide aspartique (40%)
aspartame La phénylalanine (50%)
aspartame L’ester de méthyle (10%)
Certains des produits résultant de la décomposition métabolique de l’aspartame sont de puissants neurotoxiques qui entraînent la mort des cellules synaptiques (terminaisons nerveuses dans le cerveau) par sur-stimulation.
Le neuro-scientifique Richard Wurtman a déclaré que la consommation de doses élevées d’édulcorants comme l’aspartame provoquerait effectivement des « crises » de sucre.
L’American Cancer Society a confirmé cette déclaration après avoir suivi 80 000 femmes durant six ans. Parmi celles qui ont pris du poids durant cette période, les femmes qui utilisaient des édulcorants artificiels comme l’aspartame en ont pris davantage que celles qui n’en consommaient pas.
Une autre étude effectuée par J.H. Lavin et ses collaborateurs, parue en janvier 1997 dans une revue scientifique internationale sur l’obésité. Cette étude porte sur un groupe de femmes à la diète et démontre qu’elles ont tendance à manger davantage durant les jours qui suivent l’ingestion de boissons light avec de l’aspartame, comparativement à l’ingestion de boissons sucrées naturellement.
Même le simple fait de mâcher des chewing-gum sans sucre avec de l’aspartame augmenterait l’appétit.
L’aspartame, ce substitut de sucre compliquerait le contrôle de la glycémie chez les diabétiques, entraînant des crises plus fréquentes d’hypoglycémie et aggravant les complications diabétiques.
Les plus gros consommateurs de produits light sont les États-Unis, il est impossible de trouver un super marché là bas sans produits light, sans sucre. Il existe des pressions de la part de l’industrie alimentaire aux États-Unis pour que l’aspartame soit toujours autoriser et que de nouvelles formes de faux sucre voient le jour.
