بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

الحمد لله وحده .. والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم سيد الأولين والآخرين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .. إلـى يوم الدين اما بعد :


قال الله تعالى:
{إنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ سُلْطَانٌ عَلَى الّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ}
[النحل: 99].
قال مجاهد وعكرمة والمفسرون: ليس له حجة.
والصواب: أن يقال: ليس له طريق يتسلط به عليهم:
لا من جهة الحجة، ولا من جهة القدرة.
والقدرة داخلة فى مسمى السلطان،
وإنما سميت الحجة سلطانا؛ لأن صاحبها يتسلط بها تسلط صاحب القدرة بيده،
وقد أخبر سبحانه أنه لا سلطان لعدوه على عباده المخلصين المتوكلين،
فقال فى سورة الحجر:
{قَالَ رَبِّ بمَا أَغْوَيْتَنِى لأزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ فِى الأرْضِ وَلأغْوِيَنّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
إلا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ المخْلَصِينَ
قَالَ هذَا صِرَاطٌ عَلَىَّ مُسْتَقِيمٌ
إِنَّ عِبَادِى لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ إلا مَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ}
[الحجر: 39 - 42].
وقال فى سورة النحل:
{إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ سُلْطَانٌ عَلَى الّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكّلُونَ *
إِنّمَا سُلْطَانُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَتَوَلّوْنَهُ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ بِهِ مُشرِكُونَ}
[النحل: 99- 100].
فتضمن ذلك أمرين:
أحدهما نفى سلطانه وإبطاله على أهل التوحيد والإخلاص.
والثاني إثبات سلطانه على أهل الشرك وعلى من تولاه.
ولما علم عدو الله أن الله تعالى لا يسلطه على أهل التوحيد والإخلاص
قال: {فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمعِينَ إِلا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ المخلَصِينَ} [ص: 82- 83].
فعلم عدو الله أن:
من اعتصم بالله، عز وجل، وأخلص له وتوكل عليه
لا يقدر على إغوائه وإضلاله،
وإنما يكون له السلطان على من تولاه وأشرك مع الله،
فهؤلاء رعيته وهو وليهم وسلطانهم ومتبوعهم.

ولكن ليس له على ذلك السلطان حجة وبرهان،
وإنما استجابوا له بمجرد دعوته إياهم، لما وافقت أهواءهم وأغراضهم،
فهم الذين أعانوا على أنفسهم ومكنوا عدوهم من سلطانه عليهم،
بموافقته ومتابعته
فلما أعطوا بأيديهم واستأسروا له سُلِّط عليهم؛ عقوبة لهم.
فالتوحيد والتوكل والإخلاص يمنع سلطانه،
والشرك وفروعه يوجب سلطانه،
والجميع بقضاء مَنْ الأمور بيده، ومَردها إليه، وله الحجة البالغة،
فلو شاء لجعل الناس أمة واحدة،
لكن أبت حكمته وحمده وملكه إلا ذلك.
{فَلِله الحمْدُ رَبِّ السَّموَاتِ وَرَبِّ الأرْضِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
وَلَهُ الْكِبْريَاء في السَّمواتِ وَالأرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الحكيمُ}
[الجاثية: 36 - 37].
