خطة لمنع سيف الإسلام من الانتحار

”الثوار” يضعون خطة لتأمين حياة سيف الإسلام حتى محاكمته

كشفت تقارير ليبية نشرت أمس الإثنين عن وضع ”ثوار” مدينة الزنتان التي قاموا بأسر سيف الإسلام نجل العقيد الليبي المقبور معمر القذافي، لخطة محكمة تضمن عدم إقدام سيف الإسلام على الانتحار داخل المعتقل أو تعرضه لعملية تصفية من أحد أعدائه خشية كشفه لأسرار تتعلق بتورطهم في النظام الليبي المخلوع. هذه الخطة سيتم تنفيذها بالتنسيق مع الحكومة الليبية التي من المقرر أن يعلن عن تشكيلتها اليوم ، إلى غاية صدور تشكيل جهاز قضائي يضمن محاكمة عادلة لسيف الإسلام ، كما سبق أن أوضح وزير العدل الليبي الذي شدد على ضرورة محاكمة سيف الإسلام داخل ليبيا وليس لدى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.

وبحسب برنامج ”الثوار” لحماية سيف الإسلام داخل المعتقل، فسيتم منع جميع وسائل الإعلام والصحفيين من لقاء سيف الإسلام ، كما سيتم منع المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية في مقدمها المحكمة الجنائية الدولية من زيارته، حيث سيتم التكتم على معتقل سيف الإسلام الذي تشير التقرير أنه سيتم تغييره باستمرار من مكان إلى آخر، كما سيتم تغيير الحراس كي لا يتم إغراؤهم بالمال للمساعدة على تهريبه أو تمرير عملية لتصفية سيف الإسلام. وتشدد الخطة على ضرورة التعامل مع سيف الإسلام على أساس أنه معتقل لديه رغبة في الانتحار، لذا سيتم منع جميع الوسائل الحساسة التي قد يستخدمها سيف الإسلام في الانتحار من ذلك الوسائل الحادة والأواني الحديدية. ولم تشر التقارير إلى ما إذا كان سيتم احتجاز عبد الله السنوسي، رئيس الاستخبارات الليبي السابق، في المكان ذاته الذي سيتم احتجاز سيف الإسلام فيه.
إلى ذلك، كانت تقارير بريطانية أكدت أن سيف الإسلام يعد بمثابة تهديد محتمل للكثير من المسؤولين الغربيين كونه يعرف الكثير من الأشياء الخفية عن علاقات والده بالغرب. ولفتت الصحيفة إلى أن سيف الإسلام باعتباره أكبر أبناء القذافي، إذا لم يتعرض لنفس مصير والده أو لم يتعرض لعقاب عنيف، فمن المحتمل أن يكشف عن أسرار خفية عن علاقات نظام والده المقتول بكثير من كبار المسؤولين الغربيين، لاسيما الصفقات السرية بينهم.
وأوضحت الصحيفة أن من بين الشخصيات التي ستكون عرضة للمتاعب في حال كشف سيف الإسلام عن تلك العلاقات هم رئيس الوزراء البريطاني السابق تونى بلير، ووزير التجارة السابق اللورد ماندلسون، وعدد من كبار الشخصيات المختلفة الذين تجمعهم علاقات بالقذافي ونجله سيف الإسلام البالغ من العمر 39 عاما.
