الثوار يمهلون العائلات الجزائرية 24 ساعة لمغادرة ليبيا

مراسلة سرية اطلعت عليها الشروق تعتبرهم خطرا على ثورتهم


ارسلت السلطات الأمنية الجديدة في حكومة المجلس الانتقالي الذي يدير شؤون ليبيا ما بعد القذافي، تعليمة كتب على ظهرها "سري للغاية"، يؤكد فيها محرروها من ضباط اللجنة الأمنية العليا لليبيا، أنه على أعوان الجمارك والبوابات الحدودية البرية والبحرية، وكذا المطارات، منع أي شخص يحمل الجنسية الجزائرية من دخول التراب الإقليمي للجماهيرية، بسبب كونهم يشكلون خطرا على أمن البلاد ومستقبل الثورة، التي أطاحت بالعقيد معمر القذافي، كما يحثون فيها الثوار على التطبيق الصارم وعدم التساهل أو التهاون في التعامل مع الجزائريين لاعتبارهم* ‬خطرا* ‬على* ‬أمن* ‬ليبيا*. ‬

وحملت الوثيقة التي تم تعميمها على جميع المنافذ الحدودية برأس جدير من الحدود التونسية، ومطار قرطاج الدولي ومطار القاهرة وكذا المعبر الحدودي الرابط بين الجمهورية المصرية وليبيا، ومقرات الشرطة والكتائب المسلحة التابعة للثوار والمجلس الانتقالي، أنه يتوجب طرد أي شخص يحمل الجنسية الجزائرية، إذا تم ضبطه داخل تراب الجماهيرية، وكان دخل إليها قبل تاريخ البدء في العمل بهذه الإرسالية الأمنية، إبتداء من يوم 30 من الشهر الفارط، أياما فقط قبل عيد الأضحى، وتمنح للمقيمين الذين لا يحملون تأشيرات رفقة عائلاتهم مهلة 24 ساعة لمغادرة* ‬تراب* ‬الجماهيرية،* ‬وإلا* ‬يتم* ‬اعتبارهم* ‬أطرافا* ‬معادية* ‬يخططون* ‬للمساس* ‬بالثورة،* ‬ويعتقلون* ‬بعدها* ‬مباشرة* ‬طبقا* ‬للقوانين* ‬الليبية* ‬المخصصة* ‬لمكافحة* ‬الإرهاب*.‬
وحسب الوثيقة التي اطلعت عليها الشروق اليومي بمطار قرطاج الدولي بالعاصمة تونس، عندما منع صحفي الشروق من التنقل إلى مطار طرابلس أول أمس، فإنه يتعين على الجزائريين الراغبين في دخول تراب الجماهيرية أن يحملوا تأشيرات مسلمة من القنصليات الليبية والبعثات الدبلوماسية* ‬المعتمدة* ‬من* ‬طرف* ‬النظام* ‬الليبي* ‬الجديد* ‬في* ‬دول* ‬العالم* ‬على* ‬غرار* ‬سفارة* ‬ليبيا* ‬في* ‬الجزائر*.‬
كما وصفت ذات الإرسالية، أن الحاملين للجنسية الجزائرية هم في خانة القائمة السوداء لغير المرغوب في دخولهم إلى تراب ليبيا الجديدة، بسبب مواقف الحكومة الجزائرية من الثورة حسب ذات الوثيقة، إلى جانب هذا أكدت اللجنة الأمنية العاملة بتكليف من المجلس الانتقالي والتي حررت هذه الإرسالية، أن رعايا دول أخرى مرفوض استقبالهم لزيارة ليبيا أو دخولهم ترابها الإقليمي، وهم على التوالي الأشخاص الحاملين الجنسية المصرية والتشادية والسورية والمغربية والسودانية، بسبب ما وصفوه أن الكثير من حاملي هذه الجنسيات هم من الطابور الخامس والذين قاتلوا في صفوف العقيد معمر القذافي قبل سقوطه في مدينة سرت وإعدامه رميا بالرصاص على يد ثوار مدينة مصراتة. واستثنت الإرسالية الأمنية الأشخاص الحاملين جنسيات تونسية وتركية من فرض التأشيرة على من يريد من رعايا هذه الدول دخول التراب الليبي.
تأتي هذه المعطيات الجديدة المكتشفة، بعد أيام قليلة فقط من نفي المتحدث باسم المجلس الوطني الانتقالي من فرض التأشيرة على الجزائريين وكذا القائم بالأعمال في السفارة الليبية بالجزائر، حيث أكدوا أن هذه الأخبار لا أساس لها من الصحة، في الوقت الذي لم يكتفوا فيه من فرض التأشيرة فقط، بل تجاوزوا ذلك لاعتبار الجزائريين غير مرغوب فيهم ووصفهم بالإرهابيين وتهديد من يتواجد في ليبيا من الجزائريين قبل تاريخ صدور هذا القرار بالترحيل عنوة وقسرا في مدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة في حالة ضبطه وكان مقيما مع عائلته على التراب الليبي.
وتعتبر هذه الخطوة من الطرف الليبي تصعيدا خطيرا، للجانب الجزائري، بسبب اعتبار الرعايا الجزائريين المقيمين في ليبيا غير مرغوب فيهم وإعطائهم مهلة 24 ساعة للرحيل ومغادرة ليبيا نهائيا، وكان سبق لقيادات في المجلس الانتقالي وكذا ضباط في الجيش الليبي الحر اعتبار إيواء* ‬الجزائر* ‬لعائلة* ‬القذافي* ‬لأسباب* ‬إنسانية* ‬مواقف* ‬معادية*.

العلاقات بين الحكومتين الجزائرية والمغربية متعكرة على طول الخط ولم نسمع بقرار مثل هذا

حتى في ظل الأزمة الجزائرية المصرية لم نسمع بقرارات مثل تلك

حتى قرن ونصف مما جمع فرنسا بالجزائر لم تنتج قرارات مثل تلك

إنه تفسير واحد فقط هو الإستفزاز المتكرر من الثوار للحكومة الجزائرية وهاهي اليوم تستفز الشعب الجزائري , والدوافع معروفة والنقزة أيضا معروفة ممن!!

اعتقد و حسب مصدر رسمي جزائري ان الامر يتعلق برفع السلطات الليبية
الجديدة التاشيرة عن تونس و تركيا و ابقتها على بقية الدول منها الجزائر
وبخصوص امهال الجزائريين بليبيا 24 ساعة لمغادرة البلد فهدا لا اساس له
من الصحة و لكن الجزائر على مستوى مؤسسات الدولة ان تكون براغماتية
و تستعمل اسلوبها الخاص في مثل هده الوضعيات فلكل بلد حرمته و سمعته
و سيادته ايضا فلتنتظر زيارة الوفد الليبي الاسبوع القادم لتقرر على ضوء الزيارة
ما يناسب الوضع فلا مجال للعاطفة على حساب كرامة البلد و نحن الجزائريون
موالفين بربي يخلف ولو ان الليبيين اخواننا و اشقاؤنا و لكن اطرافا بداخل ليبيا
لا تريد للتيار ان يمر ادا لن يمر ادا بقوا مصممين على دلك و المعاملة بالمثل

نغضب لمثل هذه الأخبار ونفرح لتكذيبها

متمنيين من قلوبنا أن يتم تكذيب هذا الخبر بالذات لأنه يمس فئة من الشعب الجزائري

ان نقل مثل هذه الاخبار فيه ضرر بالغ ويزرع الخوف في اسر الافراد
الموجودين على الاراضى الليبية
وانا اكذب هذا هذا الخبر والجالية الجزائرية في ليبيا بخير والاسر كلها على اتصال ببعضها
ولم يتعرض اي احد منهم لاي مضايقة او تهديد
بل على تواصل مع الاسر الليبية والافراد وكل يعمل في موقعه
ومن يقل غير ذلك عليه ان ياتي بما يدلل به على ما يقول
والحمد لله انا على اتصال بعدد من الاسرة الجزائرية وهم بخير يمارسون حياتهم الطبيعية كما كانت قبل الثورة
نعم هناك بعض الافراد والاسرة من كانت اعمالهم مرتبطة بشركات غادرت ليبيا اثناء الاحداث
فغادروا طواعية خوفا على امنهم في ذالك الوقت .
ومن بقى منهم الحمد لله لم يتعرض لاي أذى
