الشهيد الدكتور عبد القادر قدور بلعربي

تخليدا
لشهداء الجزائر ومنطقة الظهرة الأبرار واثراء للذاكرة التاريخية وتعريفا
يأو لائك الذين فضلوا الشهادة من أجل كرامة الشعب الجزائري نواصل البحث من
أجل رصد بيوغرافيا أحد أبناء ثورة التحرير المظفرة انه :

الشهيد بلعربي عبد القادر قدور الملقب بي سي المهدي : من مواليد 09/01/1930 بإحدى
مزارع أبائه (أولاد الحاج بلقاسم ) بعشعاشة من بلديات نيابة عمالة مستغانم
إبان العهد الفرنسي ، والده السيد مولاي بلعربي رحمه الله وأمه شايب
الذراع خديجة ترعرع الشاب عبدالقادر قدور بلعربي في وسط عائلة ريفية متشبثة
بلأرض .بحلول سنة 1936يدخل المدرسة الإبتدائية ببلدية خضرة – التي لقبها
الفرنسيون – بيكار – والتي كانت مرتبطة بالبلدية المختلطة سيدي علي (
كاسيني ) على اثر التقسيم الإداري الفرنسي ن ولما أقدمت السلطات الفرنسية
على غلقها سنة 1939 على اثر اندلاع الحرب العالمية الثانية ، عندما ارتبط
شغلها الشاغل بتجنيد أبناء أهالي الضهرة للزج بهم في حرب لاتعنيهم يجنون من
ورائها سوى الدم والدموع تجنيد فرضته القيادة العسكرية الاستعمارية في
ربوع الظهرة مثلها مثل أصقاع القطر الجزائري ، انتقل الشاب بلعربي بكل حزم
واصرار من أجل مواصلة تعليمه الى تنس ثم الى قبلة العلم مازونة العريقة
وذلك بين 1939 و1944، شاب في مقتبل العمر شغوف، فظل الترحال طلبا للعلم .
على اثر تفوق معرفي أحرزه الشهيد بلعربي في المرحلة الإبتدائية ، أهله
لينتقل الى ثانوية (روني باسي )التي تحمل اليوم اسم الشهيد والمعلم زروقي
الشيخ بن الدين ، انتقل الشهيد عبدالقار قدور
بلعربي الى هاته المؤسسة العريقة ليواصل تعليمه الثانوي بها ، نظرا لذكائه
العلمي الخارق ،أظهر تفوقه على أبناء المعمرين الكولون وانتزع سنة 1950
شهادة البكالوريا .

نظرا
لأرادته في مزاولة الدراسة انتقل الى الجزائر العاصمة ليسجل بمعهد الحقوق
ويتحصل في النهاية على لاشهاد الليسانس الأمر الذي فتح له شهية الإجتهاد و
البحث ومزاولة الدراسة في ديار الغربة . أصر الشهيد عبدالقادر قدور بلعربي
على التحضير لشهادة دكتوراه التي لم تكن في متناول كل الشباب الجزائري
الطموح ، وأثناء احتكاكه بالحركات الطلابية واطلاعه على الأفكار الحرة خاصة
وأنه تشبع بالتشريع والقانون و تعرف على كل ما يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان ،
انجرف وراء النشاط السياسي وانظم الى التنظيم الطلابي ، وبناء على شهادة
رفقائه في النضال ضمن صفوف حركة الانتصار للحريات الديمقراطية التي تأسست
على أنقاض حزب الشعب الجزائري يقودها شباب يؤمنون بقدسية
النظال التحرري ، انخرط كمناضل في صفوف جمعية الطلبة المسلمين لشمال
إفريقيا ، يغادر الشاب عبدالقادر قدور بلعربي فرنسا متجها الى مدينة (براغ)
سنة 1953 ليمثل في تجمع للحركات الطلابية التنظيم الطلابي لشمال افريقيا
وذلك قبل اندلاع ثورة التحرير المظفرة بعام ، كما أصبح ممثلا لذلك التنظيم
بدول أوربا الشرقية الموالية للكتلة الإشتراكية المساندة لحركات التحرر في
العالم الثالث ، وعند عودته الى باريس واصل الشهيد نشاطه السياسي رفقة عدد
من الطلبة المسلمين الجزائريين أمثال المناضل احمد طالب الإبراهيمي ، كما
لم يمنعه ذلك من التسجيل بالجامعة الباريسية من أجل التحضير لنيل شهادة
دكتوراه في العلوم السياسية 1954-1955 1956 .

أندلاع
الثورة أعطى دفعا قويا للحركة الطلابية التي عرفت تنظيما على اثر مؤتمر
انعقد في باريس في 13/07/1955 ليتم تاسيس الإتحاد العام للطلبة المسلمين
الجزائريين المؤلف من خمس وعشرين عضوا ، ومكتب تنفيذي مؤلف من خمسة أعضاء
،وأصبح على رأس التنظيم السيد أحمد طالب الإبراهيمي وأصبح قدور بلعربي عضوا مؤسسا ومسيرا في الإتحاد

العودة الى أرض الوطن:
عند
تتبعه لأحداث الثورة الجزائرية وهو في باريس ارتأى عبد القادر قدور بلعربي
الى أن يغادر القطر الفرنسي ويفضل العودة إلى مسقط رأسه عشعاشة التي عاش
سكانها الإضطهاد و الإبادة منذ عهد السفاح دوق دي مالاكوف ( بيليسي ) أصر
الدكتور بلعربي على الإلتحاق بمعاقل الثورة خاصة بعد أن أصبح محل مراقبة
نظرا لنشاطه النضالي في صفوف الحركة الطلابية دفاعاعن قضية شعبه وحقه في
الحرية والإستقلال

إستشهاده :
أثناء
تصعيد العمليات العسكرية بجبال الأطلس البليدي انضم الشهيد عبدالقادر قدور
بلعربي الى صفوف هجاهدي الولاية الرابعة وعلى اثر اندلاع معركة أولاد بن
عيسى بجبال الشريعة سقط شهيدا سنة 1959 رفقة 49رمنرفاقه ، شاب في مقتبل
العمر لم يتجاوز الثلاثين وهب روحه فداء للجزائر .

للتذكير ،فقد التحق عدد من أفراد عائلته وأقاربه بمعاقل الثورة ، ومنهم ،أخوه عبد الحق من مواليد 30/10/1934 متزوج
من تونسية وابن عمه محمد المدعو( لزعر) الذي يظهر من خلال صورة بحوزتنا ،
شاب وسيم في مقتبل العمر من مواليد 09/04/1928 بعشعاشة ابن بلحاج علي وقطاي
فاطمة ، الإثنان أعدمهما الجيش الفرنسي رميا بالرصاص في المكان المسمى(
دار عمي محمد المحلي ) في شهر نوفمبر 1957 لكن تاريخ وفاتهما في سجل الحالة المدنية بتاريخ
31/12/1957 ورميت جثتيهما على قارعة الطريق الوطني رقم 11 وبالضبط عند
منعرج مزرعة المحلي لتصل شقيقته الكبيرة وتستر جسد عبد الحق بعد أن فكت
رباطه وتعود الحادثة الى محاولة السلطات العسكرية الاستعمارية الانتقام من
سكان المنطقة وخاصة أقارب الثوار الذين التحقوا بصفوف الثورة منهم عبد
القادر قدور بلعربي حيث حشدت ستين فردا بعد أن أخرجهم عساكر الاحتلال من
منزل الشهيد بلعربي الميلود ونقلوا على متن شاحنة عسكرية إلى بلدية خضرة
(بيكار) أين تم اعتقال البعض وأفرج عن آخرين بعد عمليات استنطاق .
