المصريون يهددون بتحويل ميدان التحرير إلى ”مقبرة جماعية”


أعطى خطاب المشير حسين طنطاوي الذي ألقاه مساء أمس الأول الثلاثاء على الشعب المصري، الضوء الأخضر لخروج مزيد من المتظاهرين إلى ميدان التحرير وسط العاصمة المصرية القاهرة وعدة محافظات مصرية أخرى للتعبير عن رفضهم و”بشدة” لكل ما جاء في الخطاب، كما أجمع المحللون المصريون على وصف الخطاب بأنه ”تكريس لحكم الجيش” وقالوا إن خطاب المشير تضمن عدة دلالات لغوية وقانونية تتجاوز مهام المجلس العسكري المصري في هذه المرحلة الانتقالية، رغم تقديمه عدة قرارات هامة حول تسليم السلطة وقبول استقالة الحكومة.
عمد المشير حسين طنطاوي، رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة المصرية، الى وصف من سقطوا ضحايا المواجهات الأخيرة في ميدان التحرير على أنهم ”ضحايا” ولم يستخدم المشير خلال خطابه الذي دام نحو نصف ساعة عبارة ”شهداء”، وهو ما أثار حفيظة أسر شهداء ميدان التحرير وجميع المواطنين المصريين الذين تهافتوا على ميدان التحرير للتنديد بعدم احترام الدم المصري، على حد تعبير عدد من النشطاء المصريين خلال مداخلتهم التلفزيونية أمس الأربعاء. هذا وعلق الخبراء الدستوريون المصريون على العرض الذي قدمه المشير إلى الشعب بإجراء استفتاء وطني يحدد مهام المجلس العسكري الذي يدير شؤون البلاد، أن المشير منح نفسه سلطة فوق سلطته وتضمين عرض استفتاء من المفروض أن لا يتم إلا من خلال السلطات القضائية. وفي سياق متصل، امتعض الشارع المصري من استخدام المشير لضمير ”أنا” بدلا من نحن، وهي دلالات اعتبرها ميدان التحرير نوعا من الوصاية على الشعب المصري، الذي يبحث عن قطيعة مع كل ما يعيد الذاكرة إلى عهد الدكتاتورية وحكم الفرد. كما وجد النشطاء المصريون وأسر الشهداء في حديث المشير عن وزارة الداخلية ودورها في قمع المتظاهرين نوعا من الإهانة، خصوصا وأن المشير أثنى في خطابه على دور وزارة الداخلية وقال إنها تقوم بمهام حفظ الأمن والاستقرار وتجنيب البلاد الانزلاق في ”فخ” الفوضى التي تهدد الدولة المصرية. كما سخر المتظاهرون في ميدان التحرير من توجه المشير إلى إعلان قبول استقالة الدكتور عصام شرف بتلك الطريقة التي لم يجد فيها ميدان التحرير ما يدفعهم الى العودة إلى بيوتهم، حيث باتوا الليل في ميدان التحرير وسط الغازات المسيلة للدموع التي كان يطلقها رجال وزارة الداخلية المصرية التي انتظر المتظاهرون أن يعلن المشير قبول استقالة وزير الداخلية واحالته إلى التحقيق وهو ما لم يتحدث عنه المشير في خطابه.
كل ذلك أعطى الضوء الأخضر للمتظاهرين للخروج في مواجهات ”أعنف” مع الشرطة لاتزال تشهدها العديد من المحافظات المصرية التي باتت تغص بالمتظاهرين المطالبين بمحاكمة المشير وأعضاء المجلس العسكري إذا استمر المجلس في الحكم، وارتفعت هتافات المتظاهرين بهتاف واحد ”ارحل .. ارحل”، وطالبوا بتسليم رئاسة البلاد لرئيس المحكمة الدستورية أو رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء.
هذا واعتبر عرض المشير طنطاوي إجراء الانتخابات البرلمانية في موعدها وانتخاب رئيس للجمهورية قبل نهاية جوان 2012 بمثابة الخطوة الجيدة، بينما اعتبر البعض أن مليونية ”الإنقاذ الوطني” التي شهدها ميدان التحرير أمس الأربعاء، بالإضاقة الى مظاهرات واسعة في العديد من المدن المصرية، نجحت في إجبار المجلس العسكري الحاكم على تحديد تاريخ مبكر نسبيا للانتخابات الرئاسية، وإطاحة حكومة عصام شرف، رأى آخرون أن الثوار لن يتنازلوا عن تحقيق كافة مطالبهم. وقد شدد طنطاوي على أن القوات المسلحة على استعداد لتسليم مسؤولية إدارة البلاد فورا إذا أراد الشعب ذلك من خلال استفتاء شعبي، إلا أن البعض اعتبر أن هذا الاقتراح يدل على تمسك العسكر بالسلطة أكثر من استعدادهم لتسليمها. ورغم تأكيد طنطاوي اجراء الانتخابات التشريعية في موعدها المقرر الاثنين المقبل إلا أن شكوكا واسعة بقيت في إمكانية تأمينها مع الغياب الكامل لقوات الشرطة، واستمرار الثوار في السيطرة على ميدان التحرير وكثير من الميادين الرئيسية خارج القاهرة.
وأكد الثوار عزمهم الاستمرار في الاعتصام حتى تحقيق مطالبهم بالكامل وحدها الادنى ونقل الصلاحيات الرئاسية بالكامل الى حكومة إنقاذ مع إمكانية بقاء المجلس على أن يملك ولا يحكم.
