الاعمال المنزلية و حرق السعرات الحرارية...

تكملة لموضوع الاخ جزائري حول الاعمال المنزلية و مساعدتها في حرق السعر الحرارية ...
احببت ان انقل لكن بعض النشاطات المنزلية و كمية الوحدات الحرارية التي تحرقها سيدة تزن 55كلغ و ذلك خلال نصف ساعة من الزمن..
و هذه الارقام اخذتها من كتاب موسوعة المراة الطبية للدكتور سبير فاخوري..

الطبخ بسرعة...60-90 و.ح
غسل الصحون...60-90 و.ح
ازالة الغبار بقوة...80-100 و.ح
الكوي...60-80 و.ح
الخياطة...250-300 و.ح
الكنس...80-85 و.ح
الاعتناء بالحديقة 120-140 و.ح
القراءة 15-20 و.ح
النوم او الجلوس او الراحة 15-20 و.ح
تمارين معتدلة 140-170 و.ح
تمارين عنيفة 200-250 و.ح

قد يتفاجا كثيرون من هذه الاحصائيات...كونها ارقام عالية جدا...
و تشتكي السيدات الماكثات بالبيوت من ارتفاع اوزانهن رغم نشاطهن الكثيف..
و السر هو ان تناول قطعة شوكولا او حبة حلوى كفيلة باسترجاع ما بين 200 و 250 وحدة حرارية...
لذلك فان النظام الغذائي الصحي مع الاعمال المنزلية اليومية كفيل بان يجعل السيدات يتمتعن بقوام جيد و صحة ممتازة...

و جدت احصائيات اخرى احببت ان اشارككم فيها...

رياضة..... الأعمال المنزلية:
تُصّنف رياضة الأعمال المنزلية أنها من الرياضات متوسطة الشدة، و ذلك بناء على مقدار السعرات الحرارية التي يتم حرقها أثناء ممارسة الأعمال المنزلية، فمقارنة بالمشي لمدة ساعة الذي يحرق حوالي 287 سعرة حرارية، فان استعمال المكنسة الكهربائية بالكنس مثلا لمدة ساعة يحرق حوالي 193 سعرة حرارية، و مسح الأرضيات يحرق حوالي 193 سعرة حرارية، و الكي يحرق 113 سعرة حرارية، و تنسيق الحديقة المنزلية يحرق 287 سعرة حرارية....
فوائد أخرى للأعمال المنزلية:
- في دراسة أجريت في تسع دول أروبية، و شملت أكثر من 200000 امرأة و استمرت لأكثر من 6 سنوات، و كان الغرض من الدراسة معرفة مدى تأثير ممارسة الرياضة على الإصابة بسرطان الثدي، و أظهرت الدراسة أن النساء اللاتي يمارسن الأعمال المنزلية قلت احتمالية إصابتهن بسرطان الثدي بنسبة 30% .(29)
- في دراسة أجريت أيضا في عدة دول أروبية، أظهرت آن احتمالية الإصابة بسرطان بطانة الرحم تقل بنسبة 52% عند النساء اللاتي يمارسن الأعمال المنزلية، بينما تقل بنسبة 34% عند النساء اللاتي يمارسن أنواعا أخرى من الرياضة.(30)
- المشاركة في الأعمال المنزلية و لو بنسبة قليلة تساعد في التقليل من القلق و الضغوطات النفسية و تحسن المزاج العام.(31)
تُرى، كم تفقد المرأة من فوائد صحية و نفسية بخروجها من بيتها وتخليها عن وظيفتها الأصلية، و تنازلها عن ذلك الدور لتقوم به العاملة المنزلية؟!!.
إن من المؤسف جدا انتشار ظاهرة الاعتماد على العاملة المنزلية في مجتمعنا و المجتمعات الخليجية المجاورة، حتى لا يكاد يخلو منها بيت، بينما تقل هذه الظاهرة كثيرا أو تغيب في دول أخرى أكثر غنى منا و تطورا.
